This is the most satisfying restaurant in Quebec. You must make a reservation before visiting. Their wine recommendation is also really satisfying. I didn't eat much because I didn't know the menu well, but their food is really unique and delicious. The wine was also really delicious, but I regret not being able to enjoy it more because I had to drive. The atmosphere was very comfortable, and the best customer service, food, and wine seemed to compensate for the bad food I had eaten in Quebec. The eggplant dish and fresh raw oysters were really the best.

One of the best dining experiences I've ever had, so good that I couldn't resist going there twice during my three day stay in Quebec City. The restaurant has a cozy and inviting atmosphere, great for friends gathering.

The service and hospitality were outstanding, and the menu was creative. The interior design has an exotic Mediterranean style that added to the overall ambiance. The staff was fantastic, especially the waitress who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and wines. Her recommendations were spot-on and made my meal even more enjoyable. The daily menu is a brilliant idea to ensure fresh ingredients, I highly recommend trying the oyster, beef tartare, and scallop. They were absolutely delicious.

Sardines is one of those serendipitous moments that you always hope for while you travel. We sat at the counter with a birds eye view of everything that was going on. Prince Edward oysters paired with a sparkling wine from Quebec, croquettes with a buttermilk honey dipping sauce, sardines, of course, with a subtle mojo sauce and on and on. Many small dishes of indescribable flavours. David, the owner, obviously loves his job. He greeted returning locals, polished wine glasses and explained the subtleties of each dish. This is an experience not to be missed in Quebec City.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. Super local, fresh and creative. Each dish is so different and delicious, and the service is outstanding. Excellent selection of wines as well. The type of place where you go, and just eat and drink whatever they wanted to cook that night and you’ll be happy.
