Had a birthday celebration here and it did not disappoint! Had a prix fixe menu with several courses and each one blew me away. The desserts in particular were memorable, really out of control delicious use of maple syrup, and all the meats were perfectly cooked and seasoned. A pea soup also still lingers in my memory. The portions were also really well measured, so it felt like a copious feast but still allowed me to eat everything. The last little sweet they ended the meal with was truly the last bite I could manage. I also appreciated that the staff rotated and we got to meet a few people, all of whom showed an interest in us and were chatty and kind. I loved the atmosphere and it was a pleasure to speak French in Vancouver. Vancouver is an expensive town, and this isn’t a cheap place, but the value for money is there. For a special occasion I think you can’t go wrong here. I hope to go again, that is for sure.

A great food experience of French Canadian cuisine with chef curated twists. Service 10/10, food - not completely 10/10 in my all-time list but 8/10 for sure! We’ve got small bag of home-made spices as a compliment in the end as well as a copy of the menu which is seasonal.

Service and atmosphere are fantastic. The little additions to the tasting menu were fun surprises that I really enjoyed. I'm not sure if the food was good enough to justify price for me personally. Nothing was bad, but nothing blew me away either (besides maybe the squash soup!).

Finally found some time to book St Lawrence. Heard and read may good review and the hype is real. The small interior reminds me of Montreal style bistro. We got chef counter seat and it was great to see the action and also speak with the chef and his crew who took the time to describe each dish. Plating and taste was spot on. Service was attentive. Highly recommend for any special occasions just have to book a month out in advance if you want weekend and the chef counter seating

Expected more of this one star Michelin. Some good composition and good service, but most dishes did not wow me.
Also $17 for mulled wine, even if it was excellent, is excessive, and charging $8 for extra bread was a sour note (they only included one for our table of two when neighboring single diner had a bread of his own).
All things considered, felt high price tag is not justified. Paid $400 including tip for two for the two set menus, 2 cheapest glasses of wine and 2 mulled wines.
