A nice decent cabaret lounge with happening music, lots of seating and decent drinks and well priced at $10 cocktails until 12. Shooters at $5.
Opened several months ago, there seems to have been different transformations.

Personally would like to see a dance floor with the good music (live DJ) but the cabaret dancer is a great theme. If you've been to the painted lady or off world, this place has its own niche, but feel it's still missing something. Maybe the disco ball wasn't turned on?!?

Music genre - current and past hits and stuff you know and love.
Free salty popcorn up at front (like pennies the restaurant) is nice. Though would like to see a bit more finger food options.

In short, a pretty chic place with its own vibe. Would recommend visiting at least once. Paid Parking is at a 3min walkable distance. Security will pat you down before entering.

My girlfriends and I came out of town to celebrate one of their birthdays, we just came across baby’s as we were walking down the street and we had a BLAST.  The drinks, staff, dancers, and vibes were great.

This is just another generic club in downtown Toronto. It was marketed on blog TO as having burlesque dancers and fancy cocktails. When I went on a Saturday night none of these things were present. I asked for one of their cocktails and they said they don’t have them available. So only expect over priced regular bar rail. There was no cabaret dancers or anything like that. There wasn’t really a dedicated dance floor. The space although had cool elements wasn’t as vibrant as pictures show it to be. The security and bar staff were really pleasant so that’s a plus! Overall it’s ok for a club but nothing special. So if you are looking for something out of the ordinary in your club scene, this isn’t it. And if you want to go for the cabaret and burlesque aspect make sure to check their event calendar to see if it’s happening at all before you go.

Savoury small plates like house-made pickles, olives, a variety of gourmet cheeses and rich cured meats are on hand to help absorb whatever it is that needs absorbing. There’s also a rotating selection of crunchy things, like chips, crostini and mixed nuts, called the Salty Snack Flight.

We were really excited to check out Baby’s, expecting a fun cabaret vibe for a girls’ night out. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown from start to finish. First, we had to buy tickets in advance for what was advertised as a Halloween event starting at 10pm. Tickets were $11 each, so we expected at least some entertainment or a special setup. But when we arrived, there was no event. Nothing happened at all, and we were left wondering why we paid money to get in.

When we got there, the place was almost empty — only five of us were there for nearly an hour. Even as more people trickled in, the energy just never picked up. There were plenty of employees around, but they all seemed more interested in talking amongst themselves than interacting with us or anyone else. They weren’t dancing, they weren’t serving drinks, and frankly, they seemed like they didn’t want to be there. The vibe was uncomfortable and confusing. The drinks were incredibly overpriced. We couldn’t tell what the employees’ roles were supposed to be, but it certainly wasn’t making guests feel welcome or entertained.

Overall, the atmosphere was weird and far from what was advertised. We felt disappointed and pretty unwelcome, like this place didn’t know what it wanted to be or why customers were even there. Definitely not the lively Halloween cabaret experience we had paid for and hoped for.
