If you're looking for a place with a relaxed feel for some drinks and fantastic shareable food, stop looking, this is your place.

The room has a dimmer setting with the right amount of ambient and mood lighting to make conversation pleasant and still be able to experience the food.

Please be aware! If you are expecting a 100% authentic Italian meal, you're not going to get it.  So while the name may be a bit misleading, if you want an amazing twist on some of the classics, with Indian inspired flavours, this is the place for it.

Came out for our annual holiday guys night.  Had some drinks (although just be careful with the sarcasm and be really clear as to what you want as I had mentioned one of us needed two drinks, and she really brought out two drinks).

The cocktails are well designed, fitting the atmosphere.

The food too was really well put together.  Classic looking items like Frito Misto and Meatballs but with South Asian flavours and spices.

I can also tell you that every item on the menu is excellent.  We really did get every item on the menu.  Four guys and only 12 dishes?  You can be sure we finished those plates.  We had to reassure our server that we really did want everything on the menu.
She must have worked with the kitchen closely to ensure food came out at a nice pace.  We received 2 or 3 items at a time, leaving ample time to enjoy each course before the next set came out.

My favorites were the Octopus and Chicken skewers.
I can assure you, you won't go wrong with any item you pick!

Now, I know I teased you with some dessert in the photos.  This might be the only thing that disappoints you.  This restaurant does not have dessert.  But damn this ended our meal perfectly.
The salted caramel sauce?  Oh boy!  So good.

Perhaps by ordering the entire menu, we somehow unlocked a secret menu.  And for a restaurant without dessert, where they got ice cream at 10:30 pm is beyond me.

We were actually told that they are working on curating a dessert menu so if you're lucky enough, they'll have these dishes or something similar when you finally try this place.

Had a great time here with friends, to be honest I wasn’t expecting the best, and was very surprised. The food was great, tastier than most places that try to upsell, small portions (welcome to Toronto). Drinks were also good. Love the decor.

It’s a classy place to get cocktails and nibbles with a buddy. Because of the Taylor Swift concert, it was a quiet night when we went. We're happy to have tried a few items from the happy hour menu, and they were the ideal snack size for sampling.

Wonderful new addition to the Ossington area. We sat at the bar and had the lamb tacos which were great. I highly recommend the Kashmiri Margarita , it's decadent. Great service despite being super busy!

We had an amazing experience at Bar Roma last night! The cozy ambiance, delicious drinks, and exceptional service really stood out.
