What a perfect meal for seafood lovers!! Absolutely fabulous dishes each with so much personality and succulence. We two shared the chilli shrimp, scallops with a pour over broth, we split the Honest Burger with cod and shrimp patty (which did come out a tad sweet). All were amazing. We tried the Basque cheesecake and tiny chocolate pudding for dessert.

Our friends loved their pick your fish wild caught cod and seared salmon. Everyone was gushing about how good everything was.

Well done team! Perfect date night as a twosome or double date.

Had a nice quiet birthday dinner here. Oysters were a fair price and they had 4 options. The creamy clam chowder was very cream and chock full of clams and other seafood.

The piece of fish in my fish sandwich was large and perfectly cooked, bun was fresh and the sauce was delicious. The bouillabaisse was my personal favorite dish of the night though my partner didn't enjoy it as much. Plenty of seafood in it that was also all cooked perfectly.

My partner thought everything was a touch salty but I found it to be perfect.

Service was quick and our server was delightful. Restaurant was clean and it was giving seaside.

As you enter the place, you are welcomed by a familiar and cozy atmosphere. The simple white walls  gives the restaurant a clean, modern  look, and there are just a few tables. There is some soft background music playing.

Overall, dining at this restaurant was a delight from start to finish. The delicious food, impeccable service, and charming ambiance made for a memorable experience.” “My experience at this restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. I had the mild flavoured pickeral while others had the Rock fish. Scallops were tasty although expensive. Side dishes were not elaborate but delicious none the less. No deserts chosen. I would recommend this establishment.  This is an honest restaurant as the name implies.

Visited as a popular restaurant in the Junction (Dundas West) neighborhood, they are best known for their seafood dishes and seafood market within the restaurant. Essentially all of their items are seafood based and are sourced using the same seafood they also sell by their own market inside.

Their seafood counter is one of the best chowders in the city as it contains a generous amount of seafood in a flavourful broth. Even as an appetizer L, the portion size of the chowder alone can be filling and can be requested for it to be in a shareable portion if looking to split it.

One of their most popular items is the seafood okonomiyaki, which is a Japanese pancake that you wouldn’t normally see in this type of restaurant however the way they do it is with a generous amount of fresh seafood. They also offer daily specials such as a fried scallop sandwich.

Service was excellent as they were attentive in checking in throughout the meal. Overall it’s a recommended place for seafood for either brunch or as dinner, and is also a convenient place to also buy fresh seafood given they also operate as a seafood market.
