I just had my son’s birthday party there, and wow, what an awesome experience! Everything was super organized from start to finish. The place itself is all white, which gives it such a clean, chill vibe. The staff was fantastic – super experienced, helpful, and just all-around amazing. They handled a rowdy group of 10-year-olds like pros.

The owner was also super helpful and answered all my questions, especially since it was our first time. Honestly, everything ran so smoothly – no mess, no stress. The parents who stayed were just relaxing, not worrying about their kids running off like they usually do at playgrounds.

The spot was easy to find, and the kids had an absolute blast! They were talking about it for days after, and now all their friends want their parties there too. Definitely worth the 5 stars (or even 10 if I could!). Highly recommend it for anyone looking to throw an unforgettable party.

We had a great time here! Super clean and very well staffed. I brought my 8 year old and we had a blast together. The staff were so patient and it was clear they were well trained.  We even saw them cleaning down stations between entry times. Website could indicate more clearly how to gain access to the building but our email had all the necessary details so it worked out. Would love to see a family membership option especially for solo parenting folks.

Such an amazing experience for my 10 year old. Impressing pre-teens can be an uphill task but LevelUp Reality did the trick! My son and his friend were soooo impressed. The hour we had booked was so much fun, they begged for extra time. The best part? 20% off for the next hour. Such a great experience! The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The place was spotless with a clean bathroom, waiting benches for parents and a neat coat hanging rack. We will definitely be back!

It was our first time trying VR and it was so much fun! We were a group of 4 girls (Im very pregnant) who don’t game or have any experience with this. Our instructor Girvin was awesome he walked us through everything and gave us tips during the games.
Our favourite was multiplayer working together to shoot zombies. Adrenaline rush and workout with a good laugh, we couldn’t ask for a better experience. We are already planning our next visit to bring a few more friends to join us. It could be our new favourite Winter activity 😁

Just got home from my second visit here, first time by myself and this time I took two of my sisters and a friend. We had a blast! Very slick, clean and organized place, great selection of games and the staff are wonderfully helpful. If you need help getting used to the equipment, they're there. If you just want to log in and do your thing, they give you space but will pop in on mic once in a while to make sure you're comfortable. The price is a little steep for me so I can't go as often as I"d like, but the two times I've been thus far have been a blast. I really think it's a great place to give VR a try if you've never played it before! One thing I wanted to stress is cleanliness. When you walk in, the smell reminded me of a hospital - which to me was great because that assures me that they keep the equipment clean and sanitized and I had no qualms about using it - I was completely at ease. They also have a pretty good referral and monthly membership program that gives you all sorts of discounts - I used mine to bring my sisters and everyone got 15% off which REALLY helped convince them to try it out, lol. All in all, a great place, come try it out!

Had to stop by LevelUp Reality when this one "VR Exhibit" miss it's mark. The staff was all helpful and friendly. They suggested what types of games to play and how to play it. We had some issues with the set up since they were fairly new and they ended up giving us some extra time. I thought that gesture went a long way. The pricing was not too bad.i thought the experience was really worth the price we paid. The experience really made me feel I was more involved into the game and environment. Their facility was generally well kept and clean. They wiped down the head set after each use, so that was reassuring. Overall, I'll be down to visit and play again if I was in the GTA. I went to level up reality the other day. The place was a little hard to find and tucked away downstairs. The staff were very welcoming and nice! They were super helpful and there's a short tutorial. I only tried a few games, one was a bow and arrow game and another was a zombie apocalypse. It was more realistic that I thought it would be.. I had a great time!! It was really cool. The price was reasonable and you pay by the hour. I'd recommend a one hour session bc half an hour is not enough to play and get used to virtual reality. :p Bring a friend and you get a discount! I'd go back to try another game :) Highly recommend it.

TL;DR vs: wonderful open space, very knowledgeable staff, reasonable pricing, visual and audio for spectators, and great games selection. Been here twice already. Most reasonable pricing hands down. Highly recommend at least 2 hours because going through the games, time will fly by. The staff are extremely knowledgeable. I call them VR gurus. My first time playing VR I had no idea what would be suitable for me, especially because I get motion sickness easily. But they were able to find me addictively fun games and even group party games for my friends and I! All time favourite game is space pirates My favourite feature of this arcade is the open concept. I really didn't like the booth style of some other places, made me feel very crammed. The open space was also great when I went with a group, made team co-op games more enjoyable. Not to mention the floor mats are so comfy I could sleep on it! Another feature I really appreciated were speakers for spectators. At most other VR places, you can see what the gamer sees but can't hear it, so watching others play got boring really quick. The speakers also made videos way more hilarious! All in all I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back!

Our first VR experience! Was really fun and the owners take very good care of everyone. They helped us get into a multiplayer game and gave us tons of pointer a long the way. Price point is affordable and is a really cool group activity. I think they are moving soon, so stay tuned! I will definitely be back.

I'm far from a video gamer but I had a wonderful time here! It was my first VR experience and I think I'm hooked. It's about $30 for a half hour of play, which I still think is quite expensive, but from what I could wrap my head around - if you come often, getting a membership is a great way to save some cash. The staff was the #1 thing I enjoyed about Levelup. They were incredibly helpful and were with me 100% of the time trying to acclimate me to the playing environment and ensuring all the equipment fit well. Even if you're not into video games, you may surprise yourself. Recommend to anyone looking for something different to do with a group or a date!

It was my first time trying VR and it was great! The staff at LevelUp are extremely helpful and guide you through the whole process to maximize your experience. It's a no frills setup but clean and organized. They have a good selection of games although I didn't get to try a lot of them.

Loved LevelUp! Came here last night for a date night, and we both had so much fun! It's a little difficult to find, but basically if you go into Aura, head downstairs, go towards the food court and it'll be in that area. The location isn't huge, but it has a whole lot of game selections (quite literally a full wall of games)! Zombie games, shooting games, co-op/vs games, even google earth in VR where I've been told you can't actually use it to stalk people... I'm pretty sure there's something for everyone! We booked it for an hour, but we probably could have stayed for 2 easily. The staff are super awesome - they're friendly, helpful, and funny! William had to help me out a few times with the controllers... because sometimes I don't know what I'm doing, but they're always around to help out without judgement of how poorly I'm playing. We had such a great time, basically an hour of just laughs and good fun! Perfect for small groups (there are 4 stations), dates, or just a fun night with your best friend. I would highly recommend it to anyone who's looking for something fun and different to do! Would definitely return for more!

Great staff. Super fun! I was looking for something fun to do with my teenager on our visit to Toronto. This was a great decision. We could play together and solo in the same visit. We liked it so much we did it 2 days in a row!

I decided to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday here and it was BOTH of our first times doing VR. We aren't a "gamer" couple by any means, but we had a blast. I purchased this session online and we both signed the waiver pre-arriving. Because of some mishaps at our hotel, we got to the VR place 2 minutes before our scheduled session instead of 15 minutes. Would recommend everyone to get there 15 minutes prior to though. As soon as we got there, the staff were super professional in helping us getting settled in with no questions asked and luckily we were able to get the private room. It was so awesome! While set up, we were both mind blown by how professional the staff were and how VR works. The games were easy and it was so so so super helpful having the staff also be aware of what games or what you're doing. They guided us both in the rooms and while we were in the virtual world. Thanks for such an amazing time! :) We will definitely be back. While this place is a bit mid-priced to the more expensive end in the virtual reality world, it was well worth it. P.S. Raw data was fun! It's a shooting game. Qwiver was ok - I thought I'd like it more - it's an archery game. I'd avoid Loco Dojo - too many glitches.
