Great stay at the Life Suites Loft. The customer support was amazing - I had an issue with the lock on the front door and they swiftly moved me into another room in the same building as they worked on fixing it. The 20 John Street and 300 Front Street dual building amenities are perfect, the gym has everything you need + a great view of the city and a steam room. Would highly recommend!

This has to be the best placed accommodation in Toronto. Everything for a tourist is walkable from here. The apartment was perfect for us- family with teenager daughter- 2 bed 2 bath gave us all the space we needed.  The living area was compact but perfectly fine for the limited use we made of it. Life Suites were really helpful for a couple of queries we had and the whole rental was faultless. If we come back (from the UK) we will come here without doubt

Life Suites at 20 John St. (Toronto) is a lovely place for a quick getaway weekend. We chose to celebrate our 20th anniversary by spending New Year’s Eve in one of these  clean, comfortable, well-maintained apartments which had many convenient amenities.  It also gave us a great view of the CN tower, Rogers Centre and the fireworks at Queen’s Quay. We were walking distance to many local attractions, restaurants and things to do. We’ll definitely consider another stay!

Other than the great location, avoid booking here at all costs. Booked it though Expedia, as it was displayed like all other hotels are on their site, but Expedia pulled a fast one as it's not a hotel, but only Expedia taking their cut on an Airbnb. Pictures nothing like both on Expedia's website, and in the confirmation email. Was a whirlwind trip, although booked for 2 nights, checked in at 12:30 am & checked out at 6:30 the next morning. Although only 30 hrs, an awful experience. Checked in, went to my unit and was hit in the face with extreme heat as soon as I opened the door to the unit. The thermostat read 27C, didn't matter if you follow it's "instructions" but the mode in hot/cold/auto and the fan in hi/lo/auto, nothing changed anything, a constant 27C the entire time. Even FaceTimed my HVAC guy, walked each other through everything, and in the end he was said "ya, that system isn't working properly". Went down to the front desk to try to relocate, but was informed it's an apartment building, not a hotel, so there was no where to relocate me to. The rest of the building was a nice temperature, the sauna conditions were specific to the unit. Had a quick shower as tried to cool, nice touch to find gross thick black hairs on the shower wall, obviously not cleaned very well either. Climbed into bed, was a terribly uncomfortable, probably the loudest bed I've ever been in where you couldn't even roll over without it squeaking so loud, and the dollar store bedding was a nice touch. Add the gear shift bathroom faucet that a toddler could've ripped off, every single cupboard & drawer in the place needing a handyman to fix, the floor being so poorly done with such big gaps I actually had something roll into one, and other broken things hear and there. Didn't sleep a single hour either night due to the sauna like conditions & the absolutely terrible bed. This place has a very good location, but it isn't worth staying there due to everything else. Tried dealing with the property management company after, and they're even worse than the issues with the unit. Same goes for Expedia's "customer service". This booking that Expedia presented as a hotel, was in fact a very poor Airbnb, with god awful management. Avoid PH18 (1218) at all costs, it's probably even better just to avoid booking this place off Expedia. Stay away

The location is in the middle of downtown which is great especially for the price! We got upgraded for free for celebrating our engagement! And the host answers really fast. The apartment was clean and the view was beautiful.
