This location is NOT mobility accessible. Currently there is a lot of construction around this area and not easy to get to. The monument itself is nice and if you go in the morning, the sun shines and the white part of the monument really stands out, specifically if it is a clear blue sky. The easiest way to get to the area currently is approach from the south end from College Street area.
