I live nearby, I come at Milky almost each and every day - I just Love them! People who work here are AMAZING! Energy is always light, sunny, absolutely awesome! My favorite is refined drip coffee taste - so delicate and strong! I also buy high quality matcha powder here to make it at home. They have good quality chocolate too!💜💜💜 thank you!

However, the espresso shot was a bit too strong for me personally—I experienced a fast heartbeat throughout the day, felt unusually energized in the evening, and woke up early the next morning. It’s probably better suited for those who handle caffeine well. That said, it’s a lovely place overall!

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty busy, but the lineup was moving at a pretty decent pace.

The space is long and narrow and they offer a bit of seating. Most of the space is taken up by the bar in the centre. I think they were able to make the most of the space that they had. I like the interior design of the space. It looked modern and warm.

I tried their Cold Foam Chocolate Milk which was nice - not too sweet, and I liked the chocolate shavings that added a kind of dark chocolate/ bitterness to contrast with the bit of sweet.

I had the opportunity to visit Milky's Cloud Room initially during their grand opening in 2021 and recently made a return visit to see how things have evolved.

The coffee here is decent. It meets the standard expectations but doesn't particularly stand out in terms of flavour or presentation. It's a reliable choice for a quick caffeine fix but doesn't offer anything extraordinary that would set it apart from other coffee spots in the area.

The atmosphere, on the other hand, is quite delightful. The space is thoughtfully designed, offering a cozy and welcoming environment that makes it a pleasant place to relax or catch up with friends. The decor is modern yet comfortable, creating a space that feels both trendy and inviting.

One of the highlights of my visit was the staff. They were friendly and attentive, ensuring that customers felt welcome and well taken care of. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist definitely added a pleasant touch to the overall experience.

However, despite these positives, I did notice that the quality has remained largely unchanged since my first visit. While consistency is important, I believe there is room for innovation and improvement.

In conclusion, Milky's Cloud Room is a reliable spot for a casual coffee break. The atmosphere is inviting, and the staff are genuinely nice, but there's potential for more. For a coffee shop that has been around for a few years, introducing new and exciting elements could help them stand out in the competitive coffee market.
