A very high class and  up market hotel. I’ve had good experiences before at previous Marriott’s that I’ve stayed at, however unfortunately when I walked into the first room, they offered me, I was greeted with some solid sticky glue or gum that was stuck fair and square at the corner of the bath.
I then looked at the other end of the bath to find washing liquid or shampoo spread all down the back of it from the to ledge to the bottom of bath.
I asked if something could be done and they happily and easily changed my room to 2 floors higher which meant I was on the top floor. This is a request whenever I stay at a hotel. I also requested for there to be champagne or wine and chocolate/fruit in the room on arrival which was completed through the app and neither was in the room when I arrived.
It’s fairly convenient and I chose this place because i flew out from Billy Bishop Island Airrport.
Toronto is not the cleanest or most welcoming city and reminds me of Sydney in Australia a lot. I have passed thru before and felt quite unsafe, but I survived this time.
Snowed the whole time I stayed which was from 15-18 February staff very pleasant and helpful and very respectful of your do not disturb sign!
Pool and Hot Tub / Spa was a little crowded and it’s only a smallish area and had plenty of children in the pool but I did get my soak in the hot tub and after 15 minutes I was gone and needed some peace back In my room.
Overall it’s a very  good place to stay. It’s not the cheapest place but certainly worth it!

We had an absolutely amazing experience here. We had an interview at the consulate and this was a 7 minute drive away, very convenient. Valet parking was an actual cherry on top, came to about $60 per day, this way you never had to worry about finding parking downtown or walking in the cold. We had 3 little kids with us and we were there beginning of January..
The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast selection was great. Bar and front desk had exceptional service. Pool and hot tub were a good way to pass the evenings. Gym is small but very usable. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great hotel and location plus exceptional staff to make a huge difference

This location is superb, within walking distance of Eaton Centre, making it perfect for those willing to stroll for about 20 minutes. The suite was impeccably clean, and all staff members, from the front desk to the breakfast room, cleaning crew, and doorman, exuded warmth and helpfulness, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast offerings, both hot and cold, surpassed those of any other hotel's complimentary breakfast we've experienced, with delightful touches and garnishes enhancing the experience. The coffee station boasted a variety of brews and syrups. While the sofa bed could benefit from an upgrade, the suite overall was well-maintained and tidy, despite the age of some furnishings. Conveniently located near Eaton Centre, CN Tower, and Ripley's, this hotel offers everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The exceptional hospitality provided by the staff truly elevated the welcoming ambiance. Without a doubt, we would choose to stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel in March during my children's spring break. Unfortunately, I misplaced a hair styling tool during my stay. As soon as I realized this after returning home, I immediately contacted the hotel. I was told that someone from the staff would reach out to me, but after two days of no contact, I filed a complaint through the hotel's customer service website. The next day, I was informed that the item had been found.

A few days later, I called the hotel again to inform them that my friends would pick up the item. On the day my friend arrived, I provided the front desk with the necessary details, including the name of my friend. The front desk staff directed me to the Lost and Found department, but the call did not go through, so I left a voicemail.

However, when my friend arrived at the hotel on the evening of the 19th, they were told they could not pick up the item because the Lost and Found staff had already left for the day and the office was closed. The staff also informed my friend that the item could only be picked up in the morning, which seems unreasonable for anyone working during business hours. I had communicated multiple times with hotel staff, but this "morning pickup" was never mentioned before. Additionally, considering I had already called ahead and provided details, I’m left questioning why the item wasn’t prepared for pickup.

I called the hotel again to explain the situation, and once again, I was redirected to the Lost and Found department, but once again, I was unable to get through.

This raises serious concerns about the internal communication between departments and staff. I still don’t know if I will ever recover my item.

As an additional note, the condition of the cups in the hotel kitchen was appalling. My daughter was so disgusted by the smell of the cup she had to wash her hands immediately after touching it. The cup was covered in dust and hair, and the condition was completely unacceptable.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and organization at this hotel.

I was recently in 2203! I had an issue with my reservation, as I was not in the system, but the problem was rectified and I went on with my vacation. They handled the situation with me very professional and courteous. In all my 46yrs of life, I have never seen from the manager, down to valet or housekeeping, the kind of customer service I received! Simply outstanding! The hotel location is fantastic and man or woman, you can leave and walk the streets, day or night, all the way to 2am, zero issues, nobody bothers you and there are plenty of others doing the same. I met other patrons of the hotel, who come back year after year, so they are definitely doing something right. The hotel needs modernization and overall cleanliness could be better, but for NOT trying to break the bank, this is the hotel for you, your kids or spouse. I can't thank the hotel enough for making my stay in Toronto and excellent one and I obviously will be staying there again 👍🏿
