Visited The Rec Room during March Break with the kids. It’s not our first time, but with the extra rush during the break, it was a great test of how well the service holds up.

Overall, our waiter, Corey, was amazing, and even the manager, Jack, stopped by to check if everything was going well—great customer service! The food took a bit longer than expected, and the complimentary popcorn was never served until we asked for it.

The kids had a blast in the arcade, though we did notice the games are pricier compared to Gametime Social—even the kids pointed it out.

Giving it a solid 4 for the overall experience!

Really fun! Went here for the first time yesterday after Comic con. Staff were openly excited about our costumes and so sweet with their kind words!! They really maintained a great atmosphere probably one of the best services I've had- which I'm very happy to say.

I ordered the Margherita with extra cheese and it was really good I loved the dough and cheese. I will say the grease added a very prominent saltiness. It was probably because of the extra cheese though.

The games were really fun too! Me and my brother love arcades and they had games I never saw in other game places. It was a cool experience and I would recommend to families and couples.

We had the pleasure of hosting our company’s customer appreciation event at The Rec Room Toronto Roundhouse and we couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience! From the moment we arrived, Paul C. and his staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their customer service was exceptional—attentive, friendly, and always ready to lend a hand with a smile.

The food was absolutely incredible! The menu gave us a variety of food to choose from and every dish was prepared to perfection.  There was something for everyone to enjoy. We received so many compliments from our guests about the quality and presentation of the food.

The venue itself was fun and inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for our event. Our customers were able to play all the games and also enjoyed playing pool and ping pong. Again, Paul C. and his staff went above and beyond to ensure our customers had a great evening. The attention to detail and personalized service truly made this event stand out. I highly recommend The Rec Room Toronto Roundhouse for any occasion—they went above and beyond in every way, making it a memorable and enjoyable experience for all! Thank you, Paul C., and your excellent bar staff, waitstaff and others at The Rec Room for making our event such a success!

I like this place. The food was good and the ambience was simply cool! I ordered the “Lumberjack Burger” and “Prosciutto and Pear Pizza” very good! You might experience certain delay for the food but is understandable (10-20min). I recommend to come with friends, and family.

We made reservations ahead of time so we'd have a place to getting some snacks after the Taylor Swift concert.  We were seated quickly but it took at least 15 minutes before anyone came by to take our order.  I had asked another easier waking by and he had a poor attitude.  He said "you are not my table but will get out waiter", which he either didn't or our waiter actually took forever to get to our table.  It took forever to get a glass of water and while we saw other tables get bag(s) of popcorn while they waited for their food, we got nothing.  The food was generic and mediocre at best.  For a kitchen full of chefs, nachos and poutine should not haven't taken as long as it did. For an event night, you'd think the wait staff would provide their A game and to get some good tips from happy patrons.  I can't imagine what service would be like on an average day.  Very disappointed.  Would not recommend.
