Have been coming here for years and they still maintain high standards around service and food. All 6 of us had a wonderful time and enjoyed everything from the service, to the wine, to all the delectable dishes, carefully prepared by the kitchen. They were also very good about taking note of our food allergies/dietary restrictions.  I don’t know our service name, but he was super attentive, but never hovering. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for fine dining. Can’t wait to go back.

A beautiful restaurant that's been around for many years I am happy that they still keep high standards. They bring in seafood from Portugal that's always fresh and prepared to your specifications. Also fabulous wines from Portugal as well. Definitely check this restaurant out!

I visited Chiado for the first time with my husband during Winterlicious, and it was a wonderful experience. We ordered the tuna tartare and roasted quail as our appetizers, followed by the lamb and tuna steak as mains. For dessert, we had the spicy chocolate cake and lemon cake.

The ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic—we were seated at a table with a view of the chef preparing meals, which added a unique touch to the evening. The service was excellent, attentive yet unobtrusive.

The food was beautifully presented and flavorful, though the portion sizes were on the smaller side. If you’re looking for a place to indulge in a fine dining experience rather than a spot to leave completely full, Chiado is a great choice. I’d definitely recommend it for anyone seeking an elegant and refined dining experience in Toronto.

Service here is phenomenal. Dedicated and attentive staff, very friendly. Entrees were okay. (I ordered the seared tuna from off the menu options) . but the star of the show was definitely the tuna tartare! Incredibly light and bursting with flavour. Also bread selection is solid.
