WOW. We have been coming to the Valle for over seven years and have never experienced the level of first class service, food and atmosphere as we enjoyed at Olivea. We were so impressed with the attention to detail - from our warm welcome and the exquisitely designed dining room, to the professional and friendly service of culinary magic. And wine! Just take a look at some of the images for a ‘taste’ of the elevated cuisine and don’t wait another minute to book a table. I’m sure we’ll see you there!

Loved this restaurant so much!!! We chose the 4-course menu option and the two of us each got the opposite choices so that we could try everything. The presentation was gorgeous, the flavors were incredible, and the service was wonderful. The owner of the hotel and restaurant was there, introducing herself, welcoming guests, and talking about the why behind some of their choices. I was surprised to learn the restaurant had only been open a few months because everything was perfect! The atmosphere is great too, and they have a very cool little wine room. In addition to the food, they gave us a complimentary tasting of their own wine which was delicious, and I had a cocktail that was also very very good. Highly recommend!

This place is a jem. Amazing food and service. I had the menu with "meridaje" and it was such a great experience.  The service is also superb and they gave us a tour of their vegetables garden so we got to see where the food we were having came from. They also is hotel on the premises and padel courts. The experience was just great.  Highly recommended and definitely coming back.

This restaurant is damn near close to perfect. By far one of the best dining experiences we’ve had.

Not only are the dishes extremely elevated and very well executed, the layout of the restaurant is fantastic and doesn’t have any overcrowding whatsoever but is still very cozy. The design is thoughtful and you want to explore the space. Also, there is a stunning wine storage in the center of the restaurant.

The service was impeccable and our server, Alejandro, made us feel so welcome and at home even in such an elegant atmosphere. We selected our second bottle of wine directly from the storage room while he explained the different bottles to us from the ladder, very cool experience.

We were also celebrating a birthday and they did a special little tiramisu that was so delicious.

It’s sad to see a poor review on here from someone who doesn’t understand or properly appreciate the concept because this place is truly special and the care of the staff is very present and they deserve nothing less than 5 stars!

We just spent a weekend in the Valle and we loved our experience at Olivea.  We did visit in January during off season. We actually visited a small off the beaten path bread store on the east end of the valley, and they recommended Olivea to us. The bakery owners husband is the chef at Olivea. Amazing food. The duck was the best duck my husband and I have ever had. Each dish was so amazing and delicious!  We actually ate at Deckmans the day prior and I have to say the meal here definitely was better. This was our favorite meal of the trip!  We will definitely be back and will tell our friends.
