We just returned from an incredible six-day stay at the Four Seasons in Mexico, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From the moment we arrived the hospitality was beyond our expectations.

The hotel is beautlful and impeccable attention to detail. It was the perfect place to unwind, relax, and make unforgettable memories in a very busy city especially with little kids.

The accommodations were fantastic. Our suite was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed – plus, the kids loved the little touches like the welcome amenities.

The breakfast buffet was a stand out. We loved the food! We also enjoyed having dinner and drinks on property serval times.

Overall, our experience at the Four Seasons was exceptional. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special – we truly felt at home and can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at the Four Seasons for Christmas and it was wonderful. The attention to detail and level of service lives up to the luxury hotel’s reputation. As soon as we arrived, staff welcomed us and made the check-in process very smooth.

This level of service carried throughout our stay. Once we settled into our rooms, we called room service to order a fruit platter and requested mangoes, which wasn’t normally part of the order. They made the request work anyway! And it arrived within 25 minutes of ordering. On Christmas. Do you understand how fast that is!? Most hotels take at least 45 minutes for any order.

The only downside is the rooms do feel slightly dated, but otherwise, they’re comfortably appointed and clean. We always had great sleep on the plush beds.

Rooms do cost a pretty penny, but if you’re planning a special stay in CDMX for the holidays or other occasions, a night or two is worth the splurge in my opinion.

We were staying at the hotel across the street from the Four Seasons and decided to stop by for breakfast. Upon arrival, the main hostess informed us that all outdoor tables were reserved, so we agreed to be seated inside. However, another hostess led us to an outdoor table without any mention of an issue.

As we were enjoying our coffee, the main hostess approached us and, in front of other guests, loudly accused us of sitting at the wrong table and even implied that we had lied. The situation was completely unprofessional and embarrassing. I asked to speak with the manager, who eventually apologized, but the damage was done. This is far from the level of service one would expect from the Four Seasons.

As for the food—it wasn’t worth it. With so many other great dining options nearby, I would not recommend this place based on our experience

Wonderful hotel, with beautiful common areas! They have 2 great restaurants on premises and a lovely coffee shop. The courtyard is very peaceful and large. Rooms themselves feel slightly outdated , mostly because of the carpet flooring, but they are very spacious and have everything you need. Location is amazing too.

I came here for their ancestral treatment and have never felt better. Guadeloupe, my masseuse, was so wonderful and extremely skilled. It was my first massage but second copal cleanse and having them together was worth every dollar/peso. I then decided to get a day pass and enjoy the pool and faculties. Such a relaxing space.
