Stunning and deserving of 2 Michelin stars. Food was top class. The dishes were each exceptional and exemplify craft, skill, a story of the country and showcase ingredients they aimed to exhibit, as well as an exceptional execution.

The octopus tacos & tostada de quelites in particular were exceptional but each course was creative and delicious. The mole is one of the most complex dishes I have ever tried, leaving lasting lingering and dancingly transforming tastes on the palate.

Service is exceptional and multilingual if required. Very attentive, terrific explanation of ingredients and how best to eat the dishes for maximum taste. Great drink and cocktail selection to go with the food. Coffee is great too, as is the hot chocolate!

Decor is stunning, light, airy and elegant and plenty of space. We went for the last day of our honeymoon and felt very well looked after and even received a bonus dessert! Thanks so much Pujol team

It was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. From the onset, we were greeted and seated with a smile.  A wonderful quiet table a party of 8 could be heard and have a great conversation without having to shout.
The food quality and characteristics were perfect. Many Michelin restaurants try to over do the "art" of the food and forget about the flavour, they forget about letting the food speak for itself. Not here!  The food and quality were heard loud and clear, and every dish was excellent.  Seasoned well and cooked ( if it was cooked, lots of raw) to perfection.  I would recommend this beautiful restaurant anytime.
For me, the mole was incredible. The lamb was the best I've ever had. The avocado and hearts of palm, was the absolute highlight.

I recently visited this restaurant with a friend, drawn by its reputation as one of the best in Mexico City, and it certainly lived up to the hype. The atmosphere is stunning, with elegant Japanese-inspired decor that sets a tranquil, immersive tone. The food was exceptional, and I thoroughly enjoyed every dish—except for one, as I’m not particularly fond of seafood. That said, the overall quality of the meal was fantastic.

The service was flawless—attentive, knowledgeable, and prompt, making for a seamless dining experience. My only critique is the duration; the entire meal stretched to about two and a half hours, which felt a bit lengthy and occasionally slowed down the pace. While the experience was wonderful overall, I would recommend this restaurant to those specifically seeking a long, leisurely dining experience, as it's not for everyone

Absolutely amazing and 9/10. The only thing I was not blown away by was the drinks. They were a little on the light and bland side. But other than that everything else was 10/10.

Understandably one of the best restaurants in the world, with fantastic flavours and some of the best service I've ever had. My husband has been talking about Pujol for the 6 years we've been together non-stop, so when visiting Mexico City he had to take me. We sat at the bar and our servers were super knowledgeable about the food, but even more were extremely chatty and friendly. As with most tasting meals this is not for fussy eaters, but each dish the textures and flavours were interesting and well balanced. I am a pescatarian and luckily the tasting menu was pretty much all fish (they accommodate all dietary requirements) but I assume the menu changes often. We booked about 2 months before. Obviously this place is expensive, and we paid $1000 USD for 4 people inc tip.
