We came for breakfast and it was very quiet, so nicely attentive service. Walk through the gorgeous courtyard and take elevator to second floor.
We enjoyed and would return.

Had a beautiful dinner at Casino Español de Mexico. Food was incredible, wine was delicious and service was fantastic. The place is gorgeous and full of history. It’s like going to a museum and then having dinner there right after. It was a beautiful experience and would defiantly dine here again.

Food and atmosphere were exceptional. Service was great (and speaking as a sales guy, the staff were the kings of the subtle upsell, give them a bonus management).

The patrons on the other hand… major shade to my black friend and dark brown fiancé. Major micro aggressions. Not cool. Do better CDMX. (Nothing but 5 star service from the restaurant staff).

I was in Mexico City in March and always wanted to visit this place, we went a few times for breakfast and dinner, we tried Paella, lechon, fish, spaghetti, chilaquiles and other dishes including one dessert food was consistently good. I was surprised with the service being very good with an exception here and there, I don't know what it is but service in the CENTRO  Historico is consistently bad but here service was better than most.
The Paella was good so was the Lechon and the fish.good size portions.

Även om äppelstrudeln var god så var de lite snåla med glassen. Kaffet kunde också vara bättre. Servicen var generellt bra, men det var tydligt att servern var lite besviken över att vi bara beställde dessert och kaffe.

Jag älskar Casino Espa ol. Du kan ha en utsökt, riklig och billig traditionell lunch tillagad med ingredienser av god kvalitet. Variation i menyn och så välsmakande.

Vi har varit där för en affärshändelse, plats, mat och allt bra, riktigt bra, service på något sätt långsamt, även det var tidigt och inte så trångt. den enda frågan är att kaptenen försöker sälja oss en öppen bunke som sönderdelades och försökte ljuga för oss och lura oss med det. Så acceptera aldrig något bootle de erbjuder dig om det öppnas, vilket synd för en fantastisk plats och smak.

En vän träffade oss i Mexico City och vandrade oss runt de minnesvärda områdena. Sedan gick vi in i denna vackra gamla byggnad i spansk stil, som om du är i Madrid eller något. Vi hade svårt att hitta restaurangen som var en våning upp. Men det var en del av upplevelsen, inte en turistfälla, en riktig folkrestaurang. Bra service, bra meny, alla spanska saker du kan förvänta dig. Vi åt över, ja!

Om du är i centrala Mexiko stad, kommer du att njuta av de city och "el Centro", detta är en magnifik byggnad från de gamla kolonialtiden. Restaurangen är mycket bra, även om det kallas Espa ol, det finns flera mexikanska utsökta måltider, rätter. Och uppmärksamheten är naturligtvis den mexikanska gästfriheten för alltid varit där, njut av dess dagsvandring runt denna gamla del av staden, staden är en Megacity. De moderna områdena är väldigt mycket moderna och trevliga.

Min man och jag äter middag på kasinot nyligen. Tänk på att det inte är ett kasino. Byggnadsarkitekturen är fantastisk och mycket klassisk. Huvudvåningen är ett konstgalleri och för att komma till restaurangen måste du gå till hissens vänstra hissar och upp en våning. Matsalen är väl upplyst och varm med trätoner och ljusa väggar. Vår server talade engelska när vi frågade och det finns också en engelsk meny som hjälpte oerhört. Vi började med med sallad som var av den vanliga men extremt läckra. Jag har kanske slickat plattan. Min man hade lammet och jag hade saker kyckling. Båda var bra men inte ur denna värld. Min sida var pommes frites som jag tänkte juvenil och önskar att jag hade grönsaker eller potatis eller bara något mer sofistikerat som min mans maträtt. Men jag tappar. De hade också en bra cocktail- och vinmeny. Totalt sett mycket bra matupplevelse.

Om du tar en paus från bredden av Preshispanic och mexikanska rätter som finns i Mexiko, kanske du vill prova Casino Espa ol. De hade mig på Lechon al Horno (rosta sugande gris), som jag först åtnjöt vid den fantastiska Restaurante Botin i Madrid. Versionen här är nära nog att göra mig väldigt glad. Reser solo, jag hade ingen kompensation om att beställa deras mycket heta och smakfulla Sopa de Ajo Manchega. Allt detta parade bra med en fin flaska Douro från Portugal. Restaurangen ligger på andra våningen i byggnaden med samma namn. Du tar en hiss bort till vänster om lobbyn.

Gick att äta på denna vackra rödspätta men vi blev besvikna över att vi inte behandlades lika bra som de behandlade männen som kom in. Vi var fyra kvinnor, tre pensionärer och de ignorerades med sina speciella önskemål. Exempel: Jag beställde en kopp kaffe med grädde och kaffe Var kall vid den tid som servitören tog mjölken. Allt detta bortskämda vår eftermiddag, vilken coul hade varit grest.

Denna gammaldags matsal i en klassisk CDMX Centro-byggnad ger en smak av den gamla världen - tyvärr var våra måltider bara hemskt. Både Paella och Lechon var en verklig besvikelse. Uppriktigt sagt kunde jag inte vänta med att komma tillbaka till hotellet och tugga två Alka Seltzer.

Vi åt lunch på meson i Casino Espanol idag. Rummet är inte den fina restaurangen, men om du kan förbise lite shabbiness, var allt annat perfekt. Fyra läckra kurser, en servitör som bokstavligen fick mig att känna mig som en kung och allt till ett extremt prisvärt pris. Föreställ dig US $ 20 för två för allt det. Innan du går in i restaurangen passerar du genom ett vackert gammalt rum med ett glasmålningstak, utsmyckad balkong och målningar på väggen. Inga bilder tillåtna. . . gissa. Du skulle vara dum att missa den här erfarenheten.

Servicen var mycket bra, maten var fantastisk! ! Pulpo a la piedra . . . Den bästa! Åt Pescado a la sal. . Woooow! !

Vår grupp gick till lunch här efter en rundtur i the cathedral. Mycket vackert och historisk byggnad. Restaurangen är mycket bekväma och har en trevlig och vänlig atmosfär. Servicen är utmärkt. Alla i vår grupp var extremt glad över med mat urval bland annat lax, sea bass, torsk, grillad bläckfisk. Desserter och kaffet var fantastisk som väl inklusive ' bryle, Vanilla vaniljsås och chokladkakan. Maten är väl tillagad och vackert presenterad. Vi kände oss aldrig stressade. Vi njöt av en mycket god måltid och tid att koppla av. Jag rekommenderar starkt denna restaurang.

Det finns två restauranger inne på marknivå det är en förutbestämd meny från måndag till fredag, bra val och priset mycket rimliga. Den övre nivån har en bredare meny, priserna är högre men behåller ett bra pris/kvalitet pris.

Otroligt snygga Restauranchefen och maten är ännu bättre. Lobbyn är en museum i sig. Besök det här stället! !

Det här stället har bra mat, bra atmosfär och ligger i en underbar historisk byggnad. Om du går historiska centrum Mexico City det här stället är ett måste att äta lunch eller middag. Jag tror att de serverar frukost och brunch under helgerna. Det är också ett vackert bröllop eller event venue.
