Kinda very disappointed about the Spa services. I expected good expertise in exchange for such high costs.
The location looks like it needs some updates and some love.
As for the rooms the tv service has bad reception and rooms need some good detailed oriented supervision.
The restaurant is great, the best of this place.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.
Gorgeous little hotel, boutique hotel.  Everyone from the valet, to reception, to the pool area...everyone makes you feel so welcome, you don't want to leave.
The room was very modern, comfortable, nice to be inside.  Very well kept grounds and rooms.  The service at the pool area was superb.  The pool a bit small, but for few rooms, nothing bigger is really needed.
Food was great, a bit high in price, but since you are in the pool or in your room, the comfortable thing is to order in.  The restaurant id delicious.  And the spa amazing!!  (ask for Cynthia, whom has hands of an angel...amazing massage!  Also Judith is excellent in all spa treatments, they both make you feel lost in space and time)

We stayed here for our honeymoon and loved every minute. The staff put so much attention to detail and treated us like royalty. The food is delicious and the rooms are absolutely amazing. Very clean, comfortable, new beds. The spa is a must! Can't say enough good things.

I stayed one week ago since my last time here and I was really disappointed!! They charge you for everything literally if you ask for an extra bottle of water in your room or a soap, or anything!! Not even in a cheap hotel they do that... The internet does not work correctly. They do not put enough towels as supposed.
Its a $450 dollar room per night but is totally not worth it. They treat you like a two star hotel. The pool is always cold. The food used to be delicious now is just ok and don't bother to ask for your medium steak, they will give it to you well cooked. The only thing good about my trip were the restaurant staff that are really kind.

The hotel is really a beautiful and calm place to have a nice rest and a good culinary experience. The rooms are quite big and the staff is quite friendly. The restaurant has a great cuisine at a good price considering it is a 5 stars hotel. We would really recommend this place for a nice stay.
