My and my wife's stay here for a week was great. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast service was always a great start to the day with Cristina, Angel, and co. greeting and taking care of us.
The location of the hotel is perfect, being central and two blocks from the beach but just far enough away from the noise of the busy 5th Ave. shopping. The rooftop pool is incredibly relaxing and has a great view of the ocean. The service while at the pool was great as well. Friendly and making sure we were ok with food and drink.
Really nothing to complain about. Thanks!

I absolutely love it here! Christina and the staff are amazing. So hardworking and here to help! The pool is beautiful. The food is delicious. I’ve been here twice now and I can’t wait come back. Rooms are spacious and clean too. Definitely recommend!

Would stay here again. It’s a beautiful property right in the heart of the Quinta downtown area. The valet parking was 300 pesos per night which I think is worth it because the cars are safe in the basement garage and the valet service guys are great. Rooftop pool is pretty stunning. We were a little worried about noise so we booked a courtyard room and they gave us a top floor so there was no issue there. Staff were awesome throughout and free breakfast for Hilton honors members was also solid. Kitchenettes in most rooms which is helpful with kids.

Our 7 night stay here was incredible, we were celebrating our honeymoon and the staff made the experience one of the best vacations we’ve had. Cristina is amazing as a guest relations rep, within a day of us staying she knew our names and room number. She went above and beyond by decorating our brunch table, giving great recommendations and just being incredibly helpful and friendly all the time. Tomas at breakfast gave us great local restaurant recommendations and we got to experience authentic local cuisine thanks to him. As well Sabina served us on the rooftop and during our brunch, she was so kind, friendly and we were grateful to be served by her. Overall everything was wonderful and we are excited to return.

Cristina, was absolutely amazing!! Such a beautiful butterfly inside and out!! She made our stay 20 times better! The wait staff Arturo and Raziel were so kind and provided great customer service. Isabel, was such a pleasure, she made the mishaps we encountered right. Love this hotel!!
