I spend 2 weeks in the hotels one week in deluxe junior suite that was amazing and one week in luxurious master suite that was wonderful as the space of the room and living room was amazing and gives you comfort of roaming around. I loved the bathroom and showers and had a bathtub in the bedroom a really honeymoon choice. I had a full board package and food quality was great we lovely authentic Mexican cuisine. I loved my experience and the staff were very friendly and helpful all the time. The pool was the place I spent most of my day and loved the view the atmosphere as there is a DJ every day and special DJ in the weekend and pool party.

We had the pleasure of staying at the reef28 and what an amazing experience. From the time we arrived, Christian, Ivania, Brenda and all the administrative staff were friendly and very accommodating. They handled every request we had with a smile. The hotel itself was great. There’s a cute little rooftop pool and the service was similar to what we experienced when we arrived. There’s only a couple of little restaurants but the food was good overall. The rooms were kept impeccably. They came every morning, changed the sheets, gave us new linens and tidied up. With regards to location, this place is central to everything! The beach is within a 2 minute walk, and plenty of bars, restaurants and retail shops around. Lots of action! We definitely did not feel unsafe walking around, the area was very lovely. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

If you are considering staying at the Reef 28, just do it!! I stayed in 3 different hotels while in Mexico and this one was by far the best. It’s in an awesome location, has a variety of food and drinks that are great quality and a stunning rooftop deck. It’s right between shopping and dining at Quinta Avenida and the beach so everything is within walking distance! But what really makes Reef 28 shine is the staff. I had a wonderful bell hop named Alberto assist me with bags, general directions to places nearby and even demonstrated how to use the safe in my room. At the front desk, Christian was also super nice and when you check in, there is someone to show you the facilities, explain restaurant hours and help you set up activities and transport if you need it. People from all over the world stay here and the environment is very friendly and social. I met several guests who have been coming here for years and I will for sure be booking again!

Great rooftop vibe (DJ is fantastic).  Food very good. Rooms spacious very clean. Neighboring places are loud but the hotel can't do anything about that.  Bring ear plugs.  Spa small but lovely and the massage therapists dont disappoint!! You can visit 'sister' beach hotels for a minimal fee.  Great stay, awesome hotel!

Second time here, coming for the food and the service.
Hotel is great located, very central but not noisy or something.
Food is absolute superb and the service is excellent. Big shout out to the guys from the Lobby Desk, specifically speaking about Christian and Israel which did a great job as they put the biggest effort in all our requests always which a smile. Never felt not welcome . Thanks also to Rosa, great service team.
The only reduction for us is the new concept which is not allowing us to switch between the sister hotels, which was a main reason to come back here this year. The paid option isn’t very an option as we already paid and likely not consuming twice in one day.
