Beautiful property and amazing service!
We had an incredible stay!! From check-in to check out I can’t fault a single thing!! Food at both restaurants and cocktails were delicious and service infallible. Louis G, Oscar, Pepe, Jose and others, I sadly didn’t get their names, made our stay unforgettable, They are true examples of 5-star service. We can’t wait to come back!

We cannot say enough about our experience at Viceroy Riviera Maya and have officially fallen in love with this property!  The staff were all incredible and the service impeccable.  If I could grant them a 10-star, I certainly would.  Luxury boutique and ultra private.

I can’t say enough good things about this resort and the people.   Service was terrific, they anticipated our needs and delivered on everything you would expect from a 5 star resort.  The staff went above and beyond for us and our teenage son and made us feel like family.  Carlos, Pepe, Juan and Oscar behind the bar were extraordinary.  And the resort was beautiful and perfectly designed for an intimate yet friendly experience.

Wow what an experience! This is a stay we will always remember and appreciate. The Viceroy is truly a luxury experience offering serene grounds, high-end comforts, and the best service we could ever imagine.

The staff is very attentive to your every need and beyond that, they take time to make your stay special. I’m very grateful for all the treats during our stay!

My Worry Doll was such a cute and helpful touch. I felt it was pretty symbolic that while I packed her away in my pocket to take home, she jumped on out. I left my worries behind after a beautiful stay in paradise 💕

The hotel itself is stunning, with a beautiful beachfront and very nice facilities. The atmosphere is peaceful, and the scenery really makes you feel like you’re in paradise. However, we were left disappointed by the service. It often felt like we were seen more as a "human wallet" than as guests. There were extra charges added to our bill that we didn’t consume on several occasions probably for higher tips, and some services seemed more focused on getting us to spend than enhancing our stay.
