It's tough to put into words just how amazing this place really is. We were here for a wedding this past weekend and we were blown away from the time we pulled up to the property until we sadly had to head back home.

The food was immaculate. You could tell the ingredients were fresh, and each dish was made with care. The service we received was also outstanding. You won't often walk past an employee who doesn't smile and ask how your day is going. We were contacted multiple times to see if there was anything we needed to improve our stay, a true "next level" of service.

The rooms are beautiful with amazing views. Everything was clean and tidy. The turn-down service carried a theme of Mexico's history and culture and included a full room cleaning, including the folding of any clothes you may have left sitting around.

One of our favorite things about Etereo was the atmosphere. Even with the place fully booked, the property never felt crowded. There were always multiple places to sit by the pool and in the restaurants. It was almost always quiet throughout the property, you could often hear the birds softly singing in the background. A true "Heaven on Earth" type of feel.

I could go on and on about this place, but I will leave it at that.

Thank you to the staff, from those who greeted us upon arrival,  to the bartenders/servers, and those cleaning the rooms, who made this experience extra special. We can't wait to be back!

This was a 5+ Star experience from start to finish. The greeting ceremony, room, and service was beyond what I could have hoped for. While this is not an all-inclusive experience, I felt the food and service were fairly priced for their quality and care. Dinner was phenomenal, and the pool setting was amazing. They take very good care of the beach, and it’s beautiful! There is a fair amount of plastics in the ocean water, but no one can control that. There is a team who rakes the beach, and perhaps they could assist with some of the plastic removal. Overall a 10/10 stay, I cannot wait to return and I am so grateful to have visited 😊

The room has great view and interior design. Good service overall!

Unfortunately, our room got flooded one night by heavy rain, which should not happen to hotel at this price, or honestly to any hotel. The next day, hotel manager “compensated” us with “access to use the SPA facility/steaming rooms” …

This resort is amazing! Everything from the staff that greets you as you arrive, to the views from your room, the food , the service are all superb. Every area of the property is just perfect. Highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a superb, quiet, high end vacation.

Superlative experience. Etereo is definitely in the top three properties we’ve ever stayed at and perhaps even #1 in terms of customer service. It’s a beautiful, modern, thoughtful venue. Rooms are top notch and with only 70 units it feels quite private. We enjoyed the food, especially the rotating restaurant concept. But the service is really what stands out. Beyond the instant response times, the small gifts, the tasteful check ins, these professional really will go the extra mile to make your stay special. We had a small snafu (not the hotels fault) and our guia spent probably 2 hours of his time just to make it a little easier on us. The spa is memorable even amongst this class of hotel. Auberge built something truly special in Etereo and we look forward visiting again!
