This was my second time spending a couple of days at this amazing resort.  The service and kindness are impeccable.  Abigail, at the Front desk gave us one of the most genuine and authentic approach I have ever experienced in the Luxury hotel industry. The architectural impression at this resort will give you an extraordinaire universal moment of future.  The cuisine is on top and the relaxed approach from the whole staff make this place a true rechargeable experience! Thank you for a Great Stay!

Thanks to the hotel staff, who treated us exceptionally well, we had an excellent stay.

The rooms are incredibly comfortable and high-tech and offer spectacular views of the mangroves and the sea.

The gym features state-of-the-art machines, is well-organized, and perfectly air-conditioned.

The restaurant options (breakfast and beach club) provide a wide variety of delicious dishes.

Important considerations:
•	Although the hotel is located in Mexico, everything caters to the North American market—from the tipping system (which suggests at least 18%) to food titles displayed in English.
•	Some processes are yet to be automated:
1.	Expense breakdowns are not available on the TVs in the rooms.
2.	Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign active, we still received calls in our room.
3.	Although we coordinated room cleaning with housekeeping, our butler was unaware and followed up on the same request.
•	As Bonvoy members, there were no clear benefits. While we understand that offering perks in such destinations may be more challenging, Marriott should establish more straightforward, clearer rules across its portfolio. The current inconsistencies (“if here, if there, if not, if…”) complicate navigating membership perks unnecessarily.
•	Food signage at breakfast should include the name in Spanish and English and indicate allergens like wheat, sugar, soy, etc., which is critical for guests with dietary restrictions.
•	While the hotel is luxurious, it feels like it could be anywhere in the world. The unique Mexican identity isn’t prominently showcased, which leaves its differentiation unclear compared to other high-end hotels in the area.
•	The hotel should consider having designated building sections for families with children, similar to the setup at the beach. This approach would allow guests to choose their preferences. For instance, those seeking tranquility without the presence of children could be assigned rooms in areas away from family-friendly zones. This would enhance the overall experience for all guests by catering to different needs and expectations.

Recommendation for guests: The beach has shells and stones, making entry into the sea uncomfortable. We suggest using water shoes for a better experience.

In summary, the hotel is excellent, but there's room for improvement from our perspective (not as hospitality experts).

Would we return? We’d love to—especially for the tranquility it offers. But would we also consider other options in the area? Absolutely!

Spent 5 nights here. It was easily one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. The grounds are spectacular. Photos do this property no justice; especially at night. The staff here is warm and kind and go out of their way to remember you and your likes. Essentially every staff member we encountered went out of their way to greet you.
The food here is easily some of the best I've had at a resort. The cocktails are next level good. Every last syrup or mixer is made in house and it shows.
Price-wise, the drinks are essentially the same as you'd find in any major domestic urban area, same with the food.

The continental breakfast included w Marriott status was a large spread, but the $25 upcharge for the full breakfast was well worth it. Easily one of the best resort breakfast's I've had.

When we were there, the resort was at maybe 30% occupancy which was incredible. I genuinely cant say enough great things about this resort!

Gorgeous hotel! Everything was top notch, from the butler service to the mezcal tasting. Room‘s were beautiful and spacious, bed was a dream to sleep in and the views stunning. The whole complex was luxurious and we enjoyed all the pools and facilities. They go above and beyond for any wishes and I can’t praise the concierge service highly enough.

Amazing property- one of my favorite Bonvoy properties I have ever stayed at. From how new everything looks/feels to a superb staff. Service is top notch across the board and the design of the hotel is upscale and competes with any property across the world. There is an adults only pool and beach area which was a smart move given you’re destined to see some small kids with the kids club on property, likely more so around holidays. We were lucky enough to enjoy a bluefin tuna carving on the beach, it seems the resort is leaning into offering more unique services and activities like this which only boosts the appeal. Highly recommend and already looking forward to our next visit back to this luxury property. Great job St Regis team, thank you!
