Get. The. Pizza. There’s many different combinations of toppings that you can choose on the pizzas here. This might be the best pizza I’ve ever had in my life actually. And I’ve been to Italy in New York City like 40 times.  Stuffed mushrooms were very good as well. Everything about this place was awesome. The food was top-notch and the service was really really good. It is not a big place and while I didn’t wait for a table, I’m pretty sure I got the only open one and I went at 5:00 PM so I’m sure there’s usually a wait in the evenings.

Everything that great. Bricks with onion sausage and cheese was so good.

The restaurant was packed out on a Tuesday night, so I sat at the bar. I could see how the wait time could get long.

The food itself was pretty good. Not amazing, but not "Olive Garden" quality as others have stated. I had the stuffed mushrooms and the daily lasagna with a Caesar salad.

We brought our friends with us to try it and everyone loved it. Emily waited on us and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the dishes and recipes. My wife had the seafood and shells special while I had a very big (and filling) Palermo Calzoni. Dessert was authentic Tiramisu from New York and my only complaint was I wanted more!

Visiting Tuscaloosa and decided to try this place on an early Friday evening. Appetizer of baked feta was delicious, Ceasars salad was simple but good and the canoli was good - not too sweet. The kitchen, however, was very slow. It took over an hour to get in and out and I was by myself. Service was friendly and attentive so no complaint in that regard. The biggest let down was the shrimp scampi. The shrimp had no taste or seasoning at all and the dish had a funny after taste that could best be described as refrigerator (you know, when something has been in the fridge for a couple of days, uncovered). I would try the restaurant again because the pizzas looked good and other dishes looked good.
