So late last night about 10:30 p.m. I stopped to grab a sandwich from the drive-thru I was headed to work. The drive-thru person took a while to acknowledge me being there and when he did he was super rude. So rude that I told him forget about the sandwich, I'm not ordering from some rude jerk that sounds totally annoyed. So he basically cursed me out and told me not to come back. I pulled up to the window and I asked him what is freaking problem was? Luckily the other employee approached the window and apologized for his coworkers behavior and made my sandwich at no charge. I asked him what his co-workers problem was he just said I don't know but he said he was already aware of it.

I always come to this subway on Arizona ave and service is always bad and how they make there subs. I Came in yesterday and I was welcome in and my order was so perfect and. Oz did such a amazing job with service and food Quality. We need more hard worker like him. I would so come back.

Second time in a row in last 2 days I've tried getting food and only 1 person that's been bye themselves for hours and ran out of supplies and food and manager is N/A or won't show up! Time for new manager and regional manager!!
