The restaurant is larger than you'd expect but quite loud. The waitress kept our drinks topped off and brought us the bill just as we were finishing. The flavors were unique, and the presentation was impressive. The prices were reasonable for the experience, though there weren’t many items under $16.

Bella Bella Benni and Flight of Pancakes. Both very good. Poached eggs on the Benny had runny yolks which is wonderful. I sat at the bar/counter which is open seating. It could be a bit of a wait if busy. I couldn't help eating some of the Bella Bella Benny before remembering to take pictures. I suggest signing up for Snooze rewards program. That's how I got the flight of pancakes for free.

Amazing find in downtown Gilbert. Very nice and fun menu.  Healthy and different along with some true breakfast staples. Highly recommended the pancake sampler was to die for. The breakfast tacos were amazing. My bravacado toast was really tasty. Highly recommend.  It was great to sit outside and have an amazing breakfast in the middle of Jan!

Just as with other Snooze locations, the service was fast and friendly.

Had the three egg omlette and a side of bacon (Snooze bacon is really good).  Substituted fresh fruit over the hash browns, which was a good choice.  The fruit was ripe and included a nice variety of pineapple, strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries.
