OK, where do I even start, this place is truly authentic. Sichuan style at its finest. From the sour numbing soup to the spicy beef with jalapeño. This place has it all and they even have American Chinese dishes for my kids although I make my kids eat everything. Their fried donuts were probably the best ones I’ve had. They are open late every night I believe midnight or later that alone is worth the five stars.

Great great great great, came in 45 minutes before close and they were still so kind to seat me and my lady and immediately took care of our order, food was outstandingly delicious. I had a chicken fried rice with some beef skewers. And my lady got a spicy noodle plate. So authentic and fresh even so close to closing time.

This is certainly one of the most authentic Chinese cuisine one can find in town. Every dish was exquisite.  Most of them quite spicy but for a whimp like myself still enjoyable.  I recommend the pork belly, the orange chicken and the fried rice. The potstickers are outstanding.

Seen this place before on my drives from work back home to Tempe.  Decided to give it a go.  The menu is 90% traditional Chinese cuisine. Maybe 1/2 dozen Americanized Chinese items on the back 2 pages.  Order carefully and ask questions!  Food was cooked quickly and served immediately.  Ordered 4 items… 3 of those were as good as I have ever eaten.  The fourth I took home to eat later… see 4 photos.

Love authentic! And this place is.  Wouldn't walk in if it wasnt suggested that we try. The outside building is bare/sketchy to say the least. The inside is big with many big tables but paint peeling walls and the bathroom was quite dirty. Didn't get a good vibe.  The menu had brains, gizzards, tongue intestines, liver, kidneys and then for the less risky:  sizchuan pork, cumin beef was flavorful, steamed bok choy was just that and the dumplings were steamed in a delish chili oil. We didn't eat the twice cooked pork because the pork was pork belly, of which the menu didn't say. Oh, one more thing, i was given a rose for Mother's Day. A very nice touch. All in all, if you like very authentic, give it a try.
