First time ever visiting on 9/25/24 and overall the food was ok. They shorted me a tender so I had to get another one. The coleslaw was thrown away as we didn’t like it. Chicken itself was moist. I honestly expected more from this place but from my experience it was ok. This isn’t on my “go to” list food wise. Staff was friendly however, the cashier kept staring at my 13 yr old daughter and it made her really uncomfortable so we ended up moving outside.

Was excited to eat canes after a year of not having it.  As soon as I get home and open the box. I see how small the chicken fingers are. Should be called chicken nuggets instead. I feel disappointed and defrauded.
Won’t be come back.

My kid loves Cane's, but I am routinely frustrated by the time it takes to pick up the food.  More than once there have been inexplicable drive-through delays.  Today it was over 8 minutes for one delay.   Last time it was at least 10. I need to get better at starting counting when I pull into the drive through lane.

Haven't been to Cane's in a long while and was shocked at how much the quality of food has gone down considering how expensive it is.

The chicken tenders were cooked fine but were the size of chicken wings. Both the Texas Toast and fries were cold. We did not receive the coleslaw with the Caniac Combo.

This was my second ever visit to any Raising Cane's location, first time at this one. My first experience was years ago when they were brand new to the Phoenix area. It wasn't great, but I chalked it up to growing pains and kind of forgot about it. I was looking for a quick lunch and saw this location, so I decided to give them another shot.
As soon as I walked in the door, I was uncomfortable. It was freezing inside, the music was loud, and there are three disco balls throwing lights around the dining area. This is obviously a deliberate aesthetic decision by the owner, I'm sure they got the atmosphere they wanted. But it's not an atmosphere I want to eat food in. I assume this is a standard Raising Cane's thing, so probably similar at all locations. It was a nice day out and their patio is nice, so I ordered and took my food outside.
I ordered the three strip combo, comes with fries, a drink, Texas toast, and a cup of their sauce. As soon as I looked at the chicken strips, I regretted paying $11. They were tiny and sad looking. I picked one up and it was limp (pictures) and that was the best looking one. Dive bars all over the Valley do chicken strips way better than this and it's an afterthought to them. These had no crunch, no flavor, nothing redeeming. Well, I was thankful for their tiny size after I finished. The Cane's sauce isn't my thing, I'm sure a lot of people enjoy it though. The fries were okay, about half were soggy and half were crispy, all crispy would be better. The Texas toast was present. The iced tea was good.
Just a very bad food experience, overpriced and low quality. I won't be giving the chain a third try unless I hear about some major overhauls to their operation.
I will say the staff was super friendly, and the restaurant (including the patio) was very clean.
