I love this fine establishment and it never failed to please me, until today. You see, I have gotten many açaí bowls from this place. It has always met my standards, that is until it has started to not be sufficient. Recently, the açaí has been limited, about only half an inch for the whole bowl, and it had been missing products. Not to mention, the granola weight is overbearing, and my bowl, along with 2 others, took up to 30 minutes to come out. I think I almost broke a tooth on a frozen raisin in the bowl. Other than this, I love this restaurant and will hopefully continue going.

The options are nice and fresh! We enjoyed our food. Only four stars instead of five because the food was good, not great. It was tasty, but my husbands buffalo chicken wrap was drowning in sauce, whereas my Seoul food wrap was pretty dry. The Damage Control smoothie was tasty, but the ginger was a little overpowering. I’d go back because of the healthy options, though.

Hello. I got an açaí bowl today and it is very good but there wasn’t even an inch of açaí at the bottom. There was pounds of granola on the small layer at the bottom and on top of that it took over 20 minutes. I hope you could teach your employees to be less stingy with their açaí.

I’ve given Fresh Box 2 tries, I have been extremely disappointed both times. The first time I got an açaí bowl and the granola was rock solid. The second time I went I got a quesadilla it was disgusting. The cheese was not barely cooked which made it very gross and it had barely any chicken.
It is not worth the money at all. I would not recommend. I tried to reach out after my first experience with the açaí bowl before I leave a review but got no response.

Hello. I got an acai bowl from here, and it’s good. However, the amount of acai I recieved was scarce. The acai was about half an inch thick and the granola was overbearing. Not only that, but I waited for 20 minutes just to receive my bowl. This is not ideal for a 4.4 star establishment.
