I gave this a try on postmates today and was disappointed. All of the ingredients sounded delicious in their steak pho, however when my order arrived there was barely any broth at all and it was overwhelmed with cilantro and the "steak" that was served in the bowl tastes and looks just like roast beef. The quality was below par and not only did they skimp on the broth, but they skimped on the noodles as well.

If you're wanting amazing pho I would try something like tea light cafe that serves higher quality steak and an authentic broth.

OMG! What a wonderful experience! Chef Chris Mayo’s NOBANA menu did not fail to impress!

We picked up our order (nice and hot!) and drove our meal home to enjoy.  (approximately 25 minute drive) The packaging kept our soup, pho broth, and curry sauce nice and warm, while chilled items remained properly chilled. We did lose some liquid from one container to spillage but not much.

We found everything to be aromatic and flavor-packed! Each course was delicious and very colorful. My allergy concern was graciously addressed and the NOBANA team ensured that I was protected from contact with the one problematic ingredient for me.

We ordered the following: Thai Crunch Salad, Red Curry Bowl with Chicken, Vietnamese Pho with Steak, Korean Beef and Vegetable Soup, Coconut Bites, Strawberry-Ginger Lemonade, and Hibiscus Berry Botanical Tea.

It is difficult to say what was our favorite because all items were flavorful and smelled delightful. Although there was no beef in the soup and veggies were minimal, the broth was wonderfully tangy and spicy! Sooo good! The salad was crisp, fresh, bite size, and delicious, with a yummy Thai peanut dressing.

My husband ordered the Red Coconut Curry Bowl with Chicken (which I did not sample) and said that he would definitely order it again. He is picky about Curry so this was high praise coming from him! I ordered the Vietnamese Pho with Steak Bowl. The broth was heavenly! Fragrant, spicy, and pleasing to the palate. All ingredients to be added were fresh, tasty, and perfectly portioned! The noodles were gluten-free and held up well in the broth.

We washed down this fragrant, palate-pleasing meal with two healthy beverages marketed and sold by NOBANA, and finished off with a tasty, moist, custard-like coconut treat, which reminded me of quindim (a delicious Brazilian desert).

The portions were large enough to where we will be enjoying leftover salad, pho, curry, and coconut bites this evening.

We WILL be dining with NOBANA again! We plan to experience each item on the menu, with time, and challenge ourselves to try and choose our favorite dishes! 😉
