Went to Twist Bistro tonight for the first time and am happy to report that we've found a new favorite spot.  Dinner was delicious, interesting food, prepared beautifully and the folks serving it were great.  In all a fun neighborhood spot with interesting delicious food, we'll definitely be back.

I had the Crisp Pear Arugula Salad with pecans, Roquefort and salmon and it was really really good.  Try this place, you'll love it.

What a pleasant experience at this little gem.
They had a sign out front saying they were short staffed but the service was amazing.
Gary was so attentive and helpful with everything.

Food wise, amazing!
Didn’t get a picture of the burrata but that pesto was amazing!
Had the salmon pan seared and Greek salad was delish!
Will definitely stop by here again.

We stopped in at Twist about a week after they opened. We like tapas, we like the small plates approach, we like to order for the table, sharing and splitting whatever strikes us. At Twist, everything on the menu had appeal, we are looking forward to going back. The chicken was my favorite  but the Mediterranean salad was great too even without an option to add protein, next time I'll add falafel. Service was professional and friendly.

I have no idea how I have lived here for 7 years and have never eaten at this place.  For a smaller venue this has the absolute best entrees I've had in all of Cave Creek, Arizona.   I had the Bistro Burger (medium) and every single morsel of this gluten free option was amazing.  They use real whole seed mustard and it was crazy good.  The side of garlic potatoes was second to none.

The other dish we had was the Shrimp Diablo....I've not been much of a seafood fan but this changed that game for me.  I will be coming here again without a doubt.

If the food is good somewhere the only thing that can screw that up is the service. .....every single interaction with any staff was awesome.  The food was so good we asked to meet the cook of our dishes....Tori was so humble as we praised the meals we had and even asked how it could be made better (not possible).  The bar staff (Patrick and Katie) were so personable.  Jennifer saved our seats for us and made sure we were taken care of in every way.  I don't know why but we felt like special guests....but we were just regular people .

Anyway, if you're hosting people from out of town or you're visiting here....this is an amazing dinner option.  And it's a smaller venue so you'll get to talk to some locals and other customers.

I 100% recommend this place!!!

We had a good experience while dining with friends at Twist Bistro. I had Shrimp Diablo & decided to order Beignet for dessert....the food was fresh & delicious & the service was very good as well.
