We were visiting Arizona and loved this place! The service was quick and the food was very tasting. We got fried rice, radish and coleslaw as our sides. We had beers for our drinks! Also we did the hot sauce and it was pretty spicy!

While still a great stop for some great food I felt a few of our items were over cooked this time. My bao buns while flavorful the meat could’ve been cooked a tad less. It was a bit tough to chew. The potstickers were amazing with half and half of the sauces. My bibimbap spicy and delicious. Service was good and Amy delay was addressed. Vibe is pretty basic, but welcoming and enjoyable. Prices fair for the amount of food you receive.

The wings are still my favorite spicy wings on the planet. The crisp is just perfect and the sauce is perfection, it’s not too messy and it doesn’t drip and it’s just painted on literally. You will not regret trying these wings I promise.

This place is always consistent with serving crispy, flavorful chicken. The soy garlic chicken never disappoints as far as taste is concerned. However, they've definitely started skimping out on portion sizes-- they used to serve the wings fully in tact, but now the wing tip is removed and then serve the drummettes and flats separately. So you're essentially paying more for 2/3 of the amount of chicken they used to serve.

The pickled radish and kimchi are alright; no real complaints there. The rice was lower quality now, though, and was cooked with too much water, which made some of it squishy. (Which is insane considering it's $4 per serving, and the serving size is so small)
The employees are nice enough, but they don't really come back to check on you or give refills unless you flag them down.

Overall, this Bonchon location is decent but could benefit from some improvements.

The food was delicious!! The waitress was very kind, and the main cook came out during our meal to ensure everything came out okay. Definitely coming back 🤗
