I’m a little disappointed right now. It’s not a big deal but my experience left me a little disheartened. I placed an order for pickup tonight for a small cheese pizza and a side salad with ranch with an extra ranch on the side for my pizza. I got home to discover that I was given some other dressing and then one thing of ranch. I wasn’t gonna go back and I wasn’t expecting them to do anything for me for it, but just wanted to share the feedback so that they could do better for the next person maybe.

I called back and just kind of jokingly said, “Normally I wouldn’t call about this, but I’m super passionate about ranch. (I love ranch) I placed an order and just picked it up. I ordered a small pizza and a side salad. I had asked for two ranches and I got a different dressing with ranch. I’m not saying this because I want you to give me anything and I won’t be coming back but just telling you so maybe you’ll be a little more careful for the next guy!”

He didn’t even respond and just hung up…
My Dad and I have been coming to this Rosati’s for years (maybe about 10 years I’m thinking) and I can’t say I’ve ever had a bad experience until Dakota and some other employee closing tonight. 1/2/25 at 8:30pm~

Our go-to for a great Chicago style pepperoni and pineapple pizza. Right in the neighborhood and in business for decades. Traditional - in a good way.
They also have the best mozzarella sticks we’ve ever had, and the meatball sandwiches (three meatballs) are great. Highly recommend

We recently got a takeout order for a 16" Rosati's Monster. A Rosati's Monster has gourmet Italian sausage, pepperoni, mushroom, onion, green pepper, Canadian bacon, meatball, black and green olives with tomato and bacon on top. It's an absolute unit of a pizza and between the five of us, we still couldn't finish it.

The staff is friendly. We waited about 30-35 minutes for our takeout order and were informed a couple of times on how much longer it will be. This Rosati's location is quite popular but they're still quick to deliver.

We love Rosati’s pizza. It’s a little taste of home for me. It’s also the only pizza my family can agree on. Delicious hot and delicious cold. Can’t say that about most pizza places.

Me and some colleagues got together and ordered from this place, and you be your own judge from pics below. But NEVER AGAIN!. Our 1st pizza was burnt, and the edge pieces were just dough (left pic). I called, complained, and they remade the pizza just to give us another pizza that had a few pieces that were just sauce!.. This location is NOTHING like the location in East Mesa!.. I will NEVER EVER visit this location again!..
