I used to go here for Botox and loved it - even recommended it to my daughter. However, the last three times I went, she switched to a generic and has missed the spots on my face causing my face to be deformed until the generic wears off. This last time, my brows were dropped and the effects of the neurotoxin wore off about 1.5 months in (it generally lasts 4 months for me). I thought it was just me, but my daughter went in for her masseter Botox and she again missed the spot and caused my daughter’s face/smile to be deformed- there’s nothing she can do to fix it and no refund was given. Sad that I have to find a new injector now.
