Please do not rent from this place and save your time! I reserved a vehicle for pickup on May 24 and on the day of pickup at 8:00 am, I attempted to call them which no one picked up. I then received a text from this place asking for the name on the reservation. I told them I called three times to confirm my reservation and was told that there would be a vehicle available. They had the audacity to text me the morning of the pickup that they had no vehicles available! They then made up some sob story about how they were going to call me but I apparently "beat them to it." How incredibly unprofessional these people are and have provided the text conversation of this absolutely unprofessional business. Please rent somewhere else as you don't want to be in the same situation as me.

Bryan is awesome! Very accommodating, helpful and personablel. The price that you get on the website is the full amount: just the cost of the rental plus taxes. No crazy, numerous fees and it was cheaper than any of the big rental car companies. I was out of there in 10 minutes. I initially needed a rental for a week, but then ended up having to extend it for a few days with no problems. They aren't open on weekends, but I was still able to return the car on a weekend. Bryan just asked for me to give him a call when when I was returning the car, lock up the car, and put the keys in the drop box. I would definitely use them again!

Great experience! Bryan was professional and provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. Process was painless, he was able to get me on my way same day I called in. I look forward to doing business here in the future and I will recommend to friends, family and colleagues.

I think these guys are out of business. I went there after ordering a car online and it looked like the place has been vacant for a few months or longer. I was pissed when I found out I went out there for nothing!!!

Amazing customer service! I got hit in what was a pretty major accident that totaled my car. Bryan helped me out and he was great! He was extremely helpful since it was my first personal rental and he was also very hospitable. Coming here anytime I need to rent a car!

Everything was great, Bryan was very helpful and easy to work with. Process was smooth and efficient. I was in and out in 15 minutes with no appointment. Not a five star only because the hours are weird on the weekends and I couldn't return the car on Saturday, but I wasn't charged the extra days to return the car the following Monday.

I had to take my car into the shop to get some work done. The bodyshop recommended me to Alpha Auto Rental. I called them, and 10 minutes later they picked me up in the car I was going to rent. Took me back to the office and got me back on the road quickly. Once I was done with the car rental they allowed me to drop the car off at the bodyshop. I had an amazing experience dealing with them. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a car rental.
