The eggs are defiantly good. I would not get the sausage again it tasted like turkey sausage so I would have to go with bacon next time, maybe bacon with my own eggslut. YES

I ordered the Fairfax burger and my husband got the egg mayo salad one. The Fairfax burger was excellent - creamy and buttery though the eggs were sort of tasteless (which was what I observed about most American egg dishes). Nonetheless, I really enjoyed my burger because creamy and buttery things are my jam.

On the other hand, my husband said the egg mayo salad burger was pretty mid and there was nothing to shout about, so don't get that burger unless you just want to get a few veggies in your diet.

We went on a weekday afternoon and the queue was very manageable - we waited about 10 minutes for our food. Do note that seating space at the counter might be limited but there are more seats in the market itself.

Fat and unhealthy but delicious breakfast food. I got the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich and my girlfriend got the Fairfax sandwich. I highly recommend adding an avocado to the bacon sandwich because there's a lot of bacon so the avocado balances all the saltiness. For the Fairfax sandwich my girlfriend got it with sausage which was a good call or else it's pretty much just scrambled eggs inside two buns. Food was well seasoned and tasty tho. Truffled Hash browns were nice too.
