The food was great. Not sure how I felt about the seasoning on the meat. I did love that the trio plate had 3 different meats and two different kind of sausages. It also was enough for about 4-5 people. The two sides I chose that came with the platter was Mac&cheese and coleslaw. Sides were top notch.
As for as the selection in drinks, didn’t love the mix of the micheladas they had. Just a preference in seasoning for my michis. It was room temperature which I wasn’t a fan of either. 🧂

Five stars bc brisket. It's smoked masterfully and its flavor and texture are exceptional-it's meat candy.

Their food quality is no secret and they stay busy-it is crowded. The inside is fairly small yet has a huge bar. The patio is also small but nice, considering our weather. Would be a thrill to watch them smoke the meat but the giant smokers are in the back, by way of such narrow real estate.

I'll be back for the brisket!

Been coming to Moos Craft since they first opened this location!! Staff is always pleasant and food comes out fast and fresh!!

ALSO PRO TIP don’t come right when they open it’s a LONG LINE!! Come for a late lunch Early dinner and you won’t have to stand in line!!

Always wanted to come and experience the hype and they did not disappoint. You order in the front and pick anywhere to sit. Bar and outside tables available (no table service). The brisket is a must!! The pulled pork was delicious with their BBQ sauce and the Poblano Queso Oaxaca sausage was good with the other yellow sauce! Pair it all with the street corn salad & A Bad hombre beer. It's a smooth beer that goes great with any meal. Super packed on the weekends!!!

Although the meat quality was decent, it was hard to taste the smoky flavor in the meat, which was a significant failure for barbecue. I believe the smoky flavor was a crucial part of barbecue, and many restaurants would spend over ten hours smoking the meat. The barbecue at that restaurant almost lacked any smoky flavor, leading me to suspect that they either drastically reduced the smoking time or were unwilling to use quality wood for smoking.
