Rooms are very small and not functional. The restroom and shower are in the same space as the room.

The pool deck is really nice but don’t plan on using it. It was closed for a private event 2 of the 3 days we were there with no warning. Staff literally came out and said to clear the area immediately. Absolutely no warning, just get out. And they’re demeanor communicated that were a nuisance for being there.

Figuring out the elevator system takes a couple of days. You’ll be a pro just in time for you to leave.

Parking is either $63 a day for valet or $35 a day for public parking.

There are 3 ice machines in the entire hotel. Good luck finding them and when you do you’ll be lucky if they work. I tried 3 different times and never got ice.

ATM wanted to charge me $24 to withdraw cash.

Besides all this, staff is great, the view from the upper floors facing the city is great, parties on the weekends are awesome.

Basically, you’ll love it sometimes and hate it others.

Was excited to bring a friend here for her birthday but was quickly disappointed. I originally booked the regular double bed room and when we arrived they said they upgraded us for free to the city view since I’m a Bonvoy member. Check in was at 4 and we didn’t get into our room until 6pm and that was because the only room available was the one I originally booked! The front desk didn’t give me the option to switch back to my original room until I asked TWO HOURS LATER. While waiting we sat at the bar in the lobby where it took 20 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The drinks were overpriced and the bar area was TINY. People were constantly pushing around us trying to get a bartender’s attention with no luck. The reason we booked this hotel in particular was for the level 8 restaurants, but apparently the day we were here there was a private event being held and you would have to pay $30 for to gain access to this floor. $30 when I’m already paying $700 for one night and then will have to pay for drinks and food up there seems ridiculous to me.  I’ve worked for Marriott hotels, and exclusively stay with them and can say this is the worst one I have been to. The only good was the pool and even that was subpar. The housekeeping and restaurant managers need to do better with staffing and think about the customer experience over profit. One more bartender and a few more housekeepers on staff would have changed our entire experience. The room was tiny. For $700 a night I expect at least a fridge in the room! Overall, I’d say this hotel is more suited for people who are just looking to get a nice picture to post on social media, and aren’t concerned with actual comfort. Disappointing!

Rooms were small but super clean. They are big enough for 2 people so was more than suitable for my husband and I. The view was beautiful. The amenities were awesome. The location is perfect to everything! Book this hotel if you’re looking for nightlife and great dining options.

Room was super clean and stocked with everything we needed. Hotel has a modern fun look to it with lots of amenities and the coffee shop and bar had good drinks. This hotel is a great place to stay but what really made the experience amazing was Sarah at the front desk. Upon arrival it was lovely to be greeted by such a kind-hearted and friendly person. She answered all the questions we had and even gave us great restaurant recommendations. Thank you Sarah for all your help and for making our stay a memorable one!!

I’m not sure why this hotel would book out a gigantic room block to varsity cheerleading for a competition. This is the most child unfriendly hotel that I’ve ever been to.
Upon arrival the valet attendant knew I was going to check in at Moxy yet didn’t correct me when I walked in the the AC hotel, carrying my 53lb sleeping 4 year old and pushing a full luggage cart (struggling). Confused where the lobby was, headed to the upper floors to be told I was at the wrong hotel. Someone did help my down to the correct (unassuming, would have never seen it door) to check in at Moxy. The girl at the desk was so present and engaged fully in my daughters. (And this is where and praise stops).

Hotel room is tinnnnnnny. A little harder to get easy for a cheer comp with no real bathroom. The bathroom sink is small and industrial looking and in the room itself and not the bathroom, small toilet room,  tiny shower (boo no tub). NO coffee maker in room. NO water bottles available. NO room service.

Went to get dinner downstairs food was limited, headed to the AC side, inside restaurant was uncomfortably hot, sat outside and it took over 45 mins to get some buttered noodles. No kid friendly food options but was happy they let me order that. No sense in urgency when I asked for the check as I was trying to get the kids to bed.

It was hard to sleep as there’s a nightclub in the building blaring loud music. Got woken up at 2:30am to people doing donuts for what I swear was hours upon hours followed by sirens, police, and helicopters.

The next day there were no cups left in the room so we couldn’t even drink sink water (annoyed since I left a nice tip to the housekeeping). The pool closed at 2:30 to 21 and over. Again, why was this unfriendly kid hotel for cheer comp not accommodating who they were selling all these rooms too?

Asked for a late checkout, got up to my room at 11:30 with my daughter about to pee her pants to have my card turned off-had to go all the way back down to the lobby.

It’s across the street from the convention center so that was a positive.
