The Valley has a few good spots and this is an excellent one! For a special evening out or if budget allows, just a casual Tuesday night dinner this is the place to indulge. It’s a speakeasy vibe as the entrance feels slightly hidden in a strip mall setting but once the door opens the vibe is set! A moody bar gets things started with a few amuse bouches and a welcome cocktail infused with herbs and tea. After, you’re escorted to 12 seat copper bar right in the kitchen. Personally I love this, seeing all the food prepared and the staff working together to present their hard work is my dining out dream. Plate after plate was more delicious than the next. We began with a crunchy chewy warm sourdough bread and herb butter and ended with banana ice cream sandwiches topped with caviar. Yes, there were many wonderful bites in between,  a couple pictured, but honestly I was enjoying everything too much to nab a photo of all the dishes. You really have to come to experience it. From the service to the food, it’s a beyond pleasurable evening out. It’s worth traveling into the valley for this dinner. 100% will be back!

Eating here was absolutely one of the best experiences of my life. Words can’t really explain how incredible every single individual was. The food was like something out of this world. I literally told the chefs “I don’t know how I can eat regular food after eating here” lol every single dish is like no other. Uniqueness, beautiful, delicious. I truly can’t wait to go back again and again. Thank you for all that you guys do and giving us the experience of a lifetime ❤️

This was my first ever experience doing something like this. Honestly, I waited all this time because of this dude back in my culinary class in 2008. He had always talked and showed his experience in the class of new and different techniques and flavors that come with cooking. I still remember that first day in introduction 1, some tattooed skinny, shaved faced skater dude in the back of class. Philip.... you have eyes and ears of a snake, picking out the right crew to handle your restaurant. I'm so proud of you, dude. Keep it up. As for the crew that night. Best experience ever. From ringing on the doorbell, the waiting room area, the smile on everyones face,(expect for one dude. I tried hard breaking a smile on him, but he wouldn't budge) knowing that they love doing this job and to my little doggie bag on the way out. I felt like Remy from Ratatouille with all these combinations of flavor and textures.  It was a fireworks in my mouth. Thank you so much again for this experience.

They have something great going on here at Pasta Bar. I was impressed with the variety and quality of different pasta dishes, but they even hit on their take on a salad and the desserts too. Wonderful experience and also a really down-to-earth, warm, and fun staff.
