This is a quaint spot. Kind of in a strange location but there is history there. They have 3 seating areas.  Too cold to sit outside when we went. The server was very pleasant & upbeat. The dining area we were in was a bit cold since the door was opening & closing every few mins. I do not suggest you sit by the door. The drinks were tasty. The food was good. I'd definitely try other items. I hear the burger is outstanding and the trout almondine. Next time I would save room for dessert.

Place epitomizes a triumph. From the crab mousaline to the French onion soup. The omlette and the souffle'!!! We also had the steak frittes. Next time I'll go another route there but I was in the mood. Again one of the better meals I have enjoyed in a long long long time. Thanks Ludo and the gang!!!!

A genuinely remarkable restaurant all around- remarkable food, remarkable staff, remarkable ambiance & vibe. Incredible attention to detail and care was shown by everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with- the kitchen crew, the servers, bartenders, maître d’, etc. If you have any reservations about sitting at the bar area facing the line, don’t walk but RUN to a stool and prepare to have a one-of-a-kind experience watching how seamlessly they crank out the prettiest/tastiest dishes. And while I wouldn’t want to burden ‘em by saying you should talk to them (they’re working after all), they were kind enough to entertain my questions/quips and made me feel right at home. 10/10 across the board. Particular shout out to Sous Chef Marco & Line Cook Aidan- if you happen to come in on a night where they’re working, you’re really in for a treat(:

It is one of my favourite places if I crave a French atmosphere. I love that they have an open kitchen, and when I sit at the bar, I can watch how everything is getting prepared - it’s a huge bonus, in my opinion.

this review comes after two wonderful dining experiences here, one being a dinner service and the other being a Saturday brunch service.

both times, i indulged in the Big Mec with my two different dining companions. my word. crucial. the bordelaise brings it all together.

Saturday’s brunch went into much more delectable depth:
- the smoked salmon benedict omelette atop a perfect sourdough and topped with creme fraiche, scallion and caper berry
- warm, chocolate-in-every-bite croissant
- cappuccino et latte chaud
- Burgundy escargot caressed with garlic butter alongside sourdough crostini
- refreshing house sangria
- superbly balanced crème brûlée

Jag hade velat äta här ett tag och IT svek mig inte. Klassisk Franska bistro med en omfattande meny. Jag behövde bara Big Mec. Lite dyrt men otroligt hamburgare. Och chokladmoussen var en lika god dessert som jag någonsin ätit.

En fantastisk upplevelse med utmärkt mat och bra service. Restaurangen är ganska liten, med sittplatser begränsade till diskar och ca 5 bord, fördelade på två separata rum. Vi satt inför ett av dess kök och var underhållen på det exakta arbetet av ett stort antal kockar som arbetar på en mycket liten yta. 

Vår reservation var snabbt erkänd. Vår servitör gav information om de dagliga specialerbjudanden och erbjöd förslag på enskilda objekt när de frågades. Vi var ett parti av 2 . Vi delade en kyckling levande mousse förrätt som var utmärkt. Den var överdimensionerad och perfekt för splittring. Vi beställde var och en biff frites medium rare; de var perfekt kokta med en stor sear och frites var utmärkt, kokta i klarnat smör (ghee) . Utmärkt måltid. Vi beställde två desserter som visade sig vara en två många: portionerna var mycket generösa och en skulle ha varit tillräckligt. Efterrätterna var ett russin - rombrödspudding och en Paris Brest. Brödpuddingen var superb, kreativt presenterad och verkligen en show propp. Paris Brest var utmärkt, även om jag tyckte att chouxdegen var lite seg för min smak. 

Servicen var läglig, kunnig och vänlig. Att sitta vid en disk för ett sällskap på 2 möjliggör samtal. För sällskap på fler än två personer, se till att reservera bord.

Detta var mitt första besök på kocken Ludovic Lefebvres klassiska franska bistro. Det finns en andra Petit Trois i Sherman Oaks som tydligen är större och har en liknande men inte identisk meny. Hans fina matställe Trois Mec brukade vara granne i ett utrymme som fortfarande har en "Pizza"-skylt utanför. Den används nu för extra sittplatser vissa kvällar. 

Petit Trois ligger i en strip galleria längs Highland avenue. och har en ganska smal interiör med bara höga - övre bänk sittplatser mot köket eller den motsatta väggen. Det finns en bredare uteplats framför med faktiska bord. 

Jag bokade en lunch reservation eftersom jag såg på nätet de har en 3 - kurs prix - fixa vardag lunch alternativ för $ 44 , med 2 - 3 alternativ för varje kurs. Jag valde rödbetssallad, forellmandel och choux chantilly. Jag beställde också kycklinglevermousseförrätt och jambonbuerresmörgås med pommes frites för att jag ville prova deras versioner. Betsalladen var jättegod, med en kick från pepparrotsgrädde och crunch från mandlar och pistaschmandlar. Kycklinglevermoussen var också fin och rejäl, med en mycket mjukare konsistens än en traditionell pastej, serverad över rostat bröd. Öringen hade också knaprigt från mandlarna och tang/surhet från kapris och citron. Jag åt pommes frites medan jag var här och tog hem skinksmörgåsen. Den hade Gruyereost också, jag kunde inte riktigt smaka smöret. Baguetten var bra, notera att de inte är gjorda i - hus (inget utrymme! ). Choux chantilly, en profiterole - som bakverk fylld med grädde, var meh, skulle ha gynnats mycket med tillsats av frukt. 

Platsen blev upptagen ganska snabbt, och servicen var anständigt Det var kul att titta på kockar och linje kockar förbereda, tallrik, inspektera och servera rätter; Jag fick flera glimtar av maträtt jag inte beställde men kan i framtiden. 

Sammantaget en stor autentiskt fransk lunch.

Jag brukar inte göra en recension så här är jag. Jag skulle på bröllop i West LA och träffa vår svärson och dotter som kommer från Houston. Vi kom från Miami. Så jag letade efter en fransk restaurang som hade recenserats med bra biff tartar och escargot. Min fru hjälpte mig att boka en bokning för oss fyra. Min dotter efter att ha tittat på recensionerna sade att detta var Chef Ludo plats. Vilken karaktär men älskar hans passion för mat. Jag gör en grym bifftartar och i Miami gör de flesta restauranger en tonfisktartar. Otilltalande för mig. Jag blev positivt överraskad över hur bra det här var på Chef Ludo's. Ännu bättre än jag hade på Bouchon i Napa. Escargot var också gudomlig. Svårt att skruva upp sniglar men förtjusande. Allt som allt en speciell middag. Vi åt middag kvällen innan bröllopet på Dan Tana's och det var en total besvikelse. . inte värt priserna vår beskyddare som betalade räkningen. Förlåt. Min Kudos till kock Ludo. Jag behöver dig i Miami. Vi har Michael Minas stekhus, men du gör en bifftarr som funkar för mig. Villiga att dela med mig av mitt recept! Du är mannen!

Fransk restaurang med uppmärksam service. Min pappa och jag hade en reservation här klockan 17: 30 pm innan du ser en show på Zephyr Theater. Vi gjorde en bokning online i förväg och valde inomhus sittplatser. Observera att endast uteserveringen har bord - allt inuti var högt upp bar sittplatser så om du har en stor grupp, skulle jag föreslå att äta utanför. Servicen var mycket vänlig och det var roligt att kunna se köket förbereda vår måltid. Vi började med säsongens sallad som innehöll ingredienser från Santa Monica Farmer’s Market - jag gillade verkligen den ljusa, fräscha dressingen. Min pappa köpte musslorna med pommes frites och jag köpte Jidori-kyckling. Jag älskade kycklingen - skalet var krispigt och jusen var smakrik. Den friterade potatisen som följde med var krispig på utsidan och fluffig på insidan. Vi avslutade med chokladmousse som inte var för söt, och passade bra till den färska grädden.

En liten restaurang som slår ut bra fransk Bristo-mat. Det är beläget i ett litet bandgalleria och har mestadels sittplatser av bar. Vi hade omelett och fransk lök soppa, båda mycket bra. Tjänsten var snabb och vi var in och ut på nolltid.

Denna lilla plats på baksidan av ett köpcentrum tar fram bra mat även om det kan vara lite för dyrt. . . . bra biff, musslor, krabba tårta och biff tartare. . . . . . inte särskilt romantisk men du kommer att älska maten.

Liten restaurang med jättesmak! Vi stannade på en lördag mitt på eftermiddagen och kunde sitta omedelbart.

Jag började med ett glas ros som var härlig och min partner fick detta (nu en av mina favoritdrycker att återvända till) mezcal med ingefära. . . lätt och härlig blandning av smak. Brödet och smöret, ja, vad kan man säga om franskt smör men mer snälla, och baguetten var färsk och läcker.

Jag beställde omeletten som var fluffig och fuktig och så bra. Men min partner beställde musslor, (även om jag älskar musslor, jag har inte varit ett fan av musslor) och jag måste säga att jag kommer tillbaka. Vi slutade med att dela familjestil eftersom jag gillade musslorna så mycket. Buljongen var fantastisk och jag kan inte vänta med att återvända till mer.

Vi avslutade vår lunch med lattes och chokladmousse som var den perfekta förtjusande avslutningen på det som nu är min favorit go - to spot.

Jag måste tillägga att jag inte kände mig bra när vi gick till lunch, och med den enastående personal, mat, dryck och företag, lämnade jag mig så älskad och glad.

Vad kan jag säga? Detta var den bästa hamburgaren som jag någonsin har ätit och det kommer att dröja länge i minnet - otrolig mat serveras från en liten skiva Paris i en surrealistisk remsa. Sinnessjuk. Jag tog till och med en bild. Jag tar aldrig bilder.

Detta var absolut en av de bästa måltiderna jag någonsin har haft. Jag hade en matvän i London och han och jag älskade båda den. Vi beställde omeletten, lök soppa OMG bäst. Älskade att kunna se kockarna förbereda vår måltid. . excellent. . . Jag älskar Ludo! !

Jag hade den bästa burgeren i mitt liv här. Allt är bra här. Och jag menar hela menyns stenar. Steak frites är galen. Försök att sitta inför köket och fråga bartendern att överraska dig. Desserterna är också bra.

Bra mat och snabb service! Älskade varje bit. Prova så mycket som möjligt.

Det enda som verkligen upprörde mig var det absolut ingen anledning att sätta en stor populär restaurang i ett så litet utrymme. Det finns gott om restaurangrum i LA och det här är helt onödigt för denna typ av restaurang. Jag hörde platsen i Ventura är lite mer bekväm så kanske jag kommer att försöka den nästa gång.

Vilken fantastisk måltid vi hade här igår. Vi började med en del bifftartare och endivallad samt en otrolig brödbröd och det mest utsökta smöret. Alla var otroliga. Den endiva salladen är verkligen speciell. Då kunde jag bara inte motstå att prova Big Mec, Petit Troiss burger. Det var den mest anaIng burger jag någonsin har haft. Vi hade också den mousserande rosen och det var perfekt. Personalen var otroligt vänliga och inbjudande, liksom de andra beskyddare som sitter nära oss. Ge dig själv en underbar gåva när du går till LA och skaffar dig dig till Petit Trois.

Besökte Petit Trois idag som den sista restaurangen för min LA-semester och jag kan ärligt säga att det är den bästa restaurangen jag har besökt under semestern. Jag försökte "stor mec" burger efter att ha sett det på en youtube recension och blev inte besviken. Personalen var lysande och säkerställde att vi haft vår vistelse. Restaurangen var ganska liten, men utrymmet användes utmärkt och stämningen var fantastisk.
