Outstanding 5-star hotel. I stayed with Amex Fine Hotels, and they gave me an incredible upgrade to a massive suite with a separate living room, foyer, and 2nd bathroom. They also gave me complimentary access to the lounge, as it was my first time staying there. The food in the lounge is great and better than the breakfast at the shared restaurant that serves the other hotel. The gym is very good with ample equipment, including a good set of weights. They have a rowing machine too, which is not always found in other hotel gyms. The bed was super comfortable even for a side-sleeper like myself. Overall, this is a 5-star experience, and I will certainly stay here again if I visit downtown LA.

Stayed a quick night here on Valentine’s Day after flying back from overseas.

Staff went above and beyond. Room was great. Spa staff and services were awesome. We decided to do room service and the food was delicious.

Looking forward to a return trip.

Very nice hotel, with Ambassador status the hotel was able to upgrade me to a larger corner room for 3 of the my 4 nights stay. My stay comes with club level upgrade due to my Ritz Carlton credit card and the club itself is super nice as well, it is spacious with nicely crafted dishes across the day. Upon checkout my F&B credit was having some issue applying to the room service charge and their team was able to resolve it quickly. Definitely recommend this hotel.

What an amazing honeymoon we had! We stayed the last five days of our honeymoon at the Los Angeles Ritz-Carlton in a junior suite. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff provided exceptional service. The executive lounge is a really nice addition to the suites, and the staff there were exceptional as well. As loyal Marriott elite members, we were impressed with all your amenities. All your staff made a point to learn our names. The hotel was decorated beautifully and is in a great location in the center of LA Live with many restaurants, shops, and entertainment areas. Thank you for the luxurious stay!

One of the 2 hotels I only stay at when in LA (Waldorf is the other) Fantastic rooms with great views! Executive suites are large and very comfortable. The rooftop pool and hot tub is great! The gym is nice withe great views. The rooftop bar is very fun to hang out and be lazy! The morning yoga is actually quite fun! I always try to stay here if i need to be in DTLA.
