Observing Chef Shingo Ogane prepare every dish is really magical. I loved everything about this night.

I was concerned after booking that Tock charged a 20% service fee… so I was a bit apprehensive, but when you tip at the end of the meal it is only on beverages and any add ons you might order.

I’ve had a few omakase experiences globally and have nothing but good things to say about Udatsu. The ingredients are a combination of local and Japanese fish, and the chef is actually from the Tokyo location. I loved the toro courses and the uni course! I will be back!!
