I do not even know where to begin on reviewing this hotel. From the moment we arrived we were treated with 5 star service and in amazement of how beautiful this property was. After a lot of talk with my husband, I think we can both officially say this was the best property we have ever stayed at. The aesthetics of the hotel and room, service, food and beverage options, location, etc. were all 10/10. Another huge plus I feel is necessary to mention is the ease of the valet service. We had rented a car while there and were in and out A LOT during our stay here. I was nervous this was going to be a hassle retrieving and waiting for the car each time but this could not have been easier. They provide you with a Valet ticket and you just click the QR code once you are ready for your vehicle. We always did it right before we left the room and it was always waiting for us downstairs before we even got there. The valet attendants were great as well. I am already dreaming of the days we get to go back to CA and stay at this property again. Thank you for an incredible experience while in the LA area!

We only stayed one night, but we wished we had more time to enjoy the hotel. It is incredibly modern and well designed, with every spaced being well manicured. The rooms are spacious, with a comfortable bed. Our favourite was the rooftop pool which felt like an oasis. We could have stayed there all day!

This is a stunning oasis, beautifully designed with stylish rooms, inviting lounges, and a dreamy poolside setting. One of the best staffs, attentive, polite. My wife and I needed a reservation at a hard to get place last minute. Concierge Peter was just beyond helpful.

Huge shout out to the staff from front desk to valet, to food servers, bar tenders, and everyone behind the scenes. Especially those who attended to our every need, the cleanliness and room service, best I’ve seen.

I adore this hotel for so many reasons. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, the food and beverage at both restaurants is excellent and the room appointments are superb. It is in close proximity to the Abbot Kinney area where there are a number of great shops and restaurants. Valet service is wonderful, with in and out service. The rooftop restaurant and bar has a great vibe and I love it for people watching.
