Disappointed in speed of service overall at the front desk, bell, and restaurant.

Elevator was broken for entire duration of stay which meant the service elevator was required to get to and from room, which did not even have access to the lobby- we had to exit the building into the parking lot just to get back to the lobby.

Restaurant food quality was excellent, and outdoor pool area was pretty. This was probably the highlight of the stay.   But based on the price, I would expect a little more of a "luxury" experience.   Not even coffee and tea in the room was a disappointment.  We were offered a welcome drink at check-in, but then told to come back later because they were out of glassware.

I booked through Amex, so did receive $60/day for breakfast, which was just barely enough for 2 entrees and coffee/tea.   $100 resort credit was quickly used up for a lunch: a burger, fries, beet salad, and two cocktails.  They were able to get us into a King room/partial ocean view at 12pm upon check-in, however no upgrade was available, and the late checkout benefit was limited to noon.

Overall the food was the best part, but I wouldn't go out of my way, especially if you aren't booking through Amex for the freebies.

A nice hotel with a comfortable and very clean King room. Valet, check-in and check-out staff were very pleasant and professional. The welcome drink of water or champagne was a nice touch.

The amenity fee of $40 (mandatory) is steep, especially since a single overnight stay makes it almost impossible to use any of the facilities. (It was way to cold to think about using a pool.)

Cordless charging stations in the room are also quite nice and convenient.

I really enjoy staying at this hotel. Great view of the water and it is still so quiet. The quietest rooms are along the pool and it is close to the freeway for those late night arrivals.

2nd time staying here and had an amazing stay. Friendly service across all teams (front desk, valet, housekeeping). I accidentally left my ring behind and the staff was prompt to retrieve & reunite me with it. Big thank you to Leslie and staff!

Location is good for tourists and the bar and outdoor space have a nice vibe. The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet and the farthest from the elevator. People smoke in the stair well, making the end rooms stink.
Rooms have limited amenities, not even a shower cap nor coffee maker, but they'll deliver a kettle to your room. Everything, even glasses, are wrapped in plastic. If you want water you have to go to the front desk and they'll give you mini bottles.
Gym is small and hours are limited. The food is ok.
