Acquerello food, service and ambience continue to delight, including several gluten-free options and some excellent non alcohol beverage offerings.

Although we were sensitive to timing, our visit lasted several hours. Chef Susette is deeply passionate about the menu and life. Gianpaulo presented excellent wine and non alcohol pairings. His visits to the Italian wineries several times a year pays off with unique wine selections.

Always a memorable experience.

Acquerello is much deserved two star Michelin restaurant.   It is in that rarefied air where a meal becomes a combination of food, art and performance.   Every course and mid course is a unique experience.   The wagyu steak was the finest piece of meat I’ve ever eaten in my life.  I took as small of bites as possible because it was so flavorful that tiniest piece would make your whole mouth water.  Just like any other Michelin starred restaurant you can expect to spend about $300- 400 per person after tax and tip for the tasting menu, depending upon what you have to drink and supplements.

It’s a Michelin 2 star restaurant. We expected a little bit more than what we paid. It’s about $450 each person, no alcohol ordered, with one $85 dollar dish (two of us shared one) added.  The summer inspiration food is not tasty as I expected. The dessert cart is too sweet. The normal dishes are good. Love the lamb. But it’s just so so for all the other food. The service is ok. Typical Michelin start restaurant service. One not that good experience is that two guests just came in and order some dessert to-go. Then the chef or someone who works in the kitchen just came out and chat in front of two table guests, for like 20 minutes. They might be friends or something. But it’s just not that good experience for other customers.

Wonderful meal! One of the most thoughtful wine pairing programs in the city. The tasting of vegetables and the seasonal menu are both amazing.

Amazing restaurant,  the food was delicious and the service perfect. The homemade pasta with the white truffle were soooo good. They have a pastry Chef so make sure you have room for dessert!
