My son and I had an amazing experience at Gary Danko tonight. I have wanted to try this restaurant for a long time, had high expectations, and was not disappointed. We both ordered the 3 course tasting menu, I paired mine with the wine suggestions, which perfectly matched the meal.

Each dish we had was outstanding, and the service was maybe the best I've ever experienced at any restaurant. We couldn't recommend a special occasion meal at Gary Danko highly enough! This restaurant is special.

We were blown away and had the best possible experience.  Starting from the hostess that was super sweet and pleasant, the service was amazing never had to ask for anything everything was on point. Our waitress Kira made our dinning experience unforgettable and second to none, was very pleasant,  knowledgeable.  Thanks

Fabulous food and drinks! Service can be on the slower side at times, but they know how to make it up to you. And for that, they get 5 stars :) can’t wait to be back and I hope they get the Michelin star again next year - I see it happening!

We had a fantastic experience at Gary Danko - although we did have to wait around 15 minutes past our reservation to be seated. We went for my husband’s 30th birthday and decided on the four course dinner. The portions were larger than we expected which was a nice surprise! My personal favorites were the cheese cappelletti vegetarian option (pomegranates added a nice flavor and texture and the brown butter sauce and mushrooms melt in your mouth) and the cheesecake with blueberry compote.

Gary Danko's offers a fantastic dining experience with impeccable service. The seasonal menu is full of wonderful, delicious options to satiate a variety of palates. Kira took care of my wife and I on our anniversary dinner and was very helpful, informative, and knowledgeable on every aspect of the menu. The wire pairing option was also a great addition, and perfectly complemented each of the courses I had. If you're in the Bay area I highly recommend booking a table here!
