I recently dined at this restaurant with a party of three, and while the food was truly solid, there were several aspects of the experience that left much to be desired.

We thoroughly enjoyed most of the dishes we ordered. However, the issues arose with both the seating and service. For parties of three, the restaurant seats you along a narrow corridor by the bar, which seemed to be more suited for two people. The booth seating was cramped, with one chair sticking out into the walkway, making it difficult for people to pass by without occasionally kicking our chairs. When the bar became busy, we felt quite in the way. This seating arrangement seemed more appropriate for walk-ins, but for guests who made reservations, being placed at a makeshift table that felt poorly designed was disappointing. We noticed several other parties of three seated in the same area, so this may be the norm for that party size. My advice? Avoid booking for three if possible, as you’re likely to get stuck at the least desirable spot.

As for the service, while we were enjoying our desserts, the bill was brought to the table as soon as our desserts arrived. We didn’t think too much of it at the time, but as we finished the first dessert, the host came over to collect the plate and informed us that the next party was already waiting for our table. We found this off-putting, especially because there was no mention of a time limit on the website, in our reservation email, or during booking. We had arrived on time at 5:30 pm and were wrapping up at 7:30 pm — hardly an excessive amount of time. It felt as though there should have been a better buffer between reservations, especially for a more relaxed dining experience.

The table next to us was also told their next party had arrived and the table offered to finish their wine in the foyer, which is a nice gesture, but this is not a fast-casual restaurant. I feel like tighter booking times like this should be re-evaluated by management, as it created an uncomfortable atmosphere for diners.

All in all, while the food was great, the seating arrangements and rushed service detracted from the overall experience. I would recommend reconsidering your reservation size and being mindful of the restaurant's approach to timing.

It's a fancy vibe, but for 150$ pp the standards are also high...
A great effort on the presentation of food gives a high class vibe, but the culinary experience itself is somewhat underwhelming for a 90$ tasting menu. Particularly the mains could have packed more flavor. Could have been bad luck, but I considered the experience overall very average for the price paid.

Went with a group of 5 and really enjoyed every part of the $85 tasting menu. It includes some off menu items and is well timed / portioned out. The Hawaiian cuisine was unique and well done. Great value for the price, nice atmosphere for a group and would definitely come back.

Great service and interesting menu. We celebrated a birthday there and were able to try a variety of food from the menu. The standout dishes were the pork chop and waygu steak. We wanted a taste of their homemade spam, so we got the fried rice with it. It tastes like ham, otherwise not a memorable dish. The pork belly bao was good too. Be ready for the large tab at the end of the meal, especially when you order drinks too.

Liholiho Yacht Club är en av de restauranger där varje detalj känns omtänksam. Kocken Ravi Kapur hämtar sina Hawaiianska rötter och menyn är full av kreativa rätter gjorda för att dela. 

Vi älskade anklevermoussen och vallmo - fröångkokt bulle med nötköttstunga - både unik och smakrik. Den lokala hälleflundra kinilaw var fräsch och ljus, medan den amerikanska wagyu zabuton var mör och läcker. Vi avslutade med Baked Hawaii, som var både roligt och minnesvärt. 

Servicen var utmärkt, portionerna var välbalanserade och den livliga atmosfären gjorde kvällen ännu bättre. Bokningar är väsentliga, eftersom denna plats är alltid upptagen.

Maten här är genomgående utmärkt. Servicen lämnar dock mycket övrigt att önska. Vi har ätit på Liholiho många gånger och Servicen är genomgående mer hipp - och - avslappnad än professionell - och - effektiv.

Det var roligt att se kockar förbereda våra rätter i det öppna köket. Sen beställde vi mochi desserten och den kom med ett litet ljus för att fira min mans födelsedag. Från att träffa vår server, Caitlin, i går kväll, var detta en mycket bra upplevelse. Hon guidade oss genom en intressant cocktaillista och gav detaljerade beskrivningar av menyalternativ som vi var intresserade av. Dessutom var hon mycket hjälpsam med att föreslå antal små tallrikar, entréer / huvudrätter för oss.
Vid någon tidpunkt frågade jag henne dock om det fanns någon annan musik som inte var tillgänglig techno, till vilken hon svarade att det var ett soundtrack. Hon lyckades inte minska volymen, och - - för en tid, kanske 15 minuter? - - något som inte är lika irriterande i dess repetitivitet.

Efter några månaders försök att ta reda på hur man får en rimlig reservationstid på en helg stod jag upp vid midnatt när de öppnar reservationerna en månad i förväg och bokade ett bord för fyra. Jag har sett fram emot att äta här länge. Vi satt omedelbart och restaurangen är rolig och hög energi, inte pretentiös. Menyn har några intressanta vändningar på vanlig biljettpris. En av oss beställde popcorn-förrätten, jag är inte säker på varför, och det var bara popcorn med salt och peppar till mig. Poke-aptitretaren var riktigt bra, det stekt riset med hemlagad skräppost var mycket bra, de korta revbenen var bra men jag har haft bättre, vi älskade alla stekt kyckling. Vi delade en rispuddingefterrätt och det tyckte jag om. Sommelieren var hjälpsam och rekommenderade ett underbart vin i vårt prisklass.

Vi ätit middag här på en fredagskväll. Parkering var intressant så bäst att ta Uber / Lyft. Väl inne var restaurangen packad - på ett bra sätt. Folk tyckte om och miljön var fantastisk. Vi åt i baren och servicen var utmärkt. Vi hade tonfisk- och majssallad, båda var läckra. Cocktailutbudet är kreativt.

Detta är definitivt värt ett besök.

Vibe i liholiho är bra, musik är på punkt. servrar och bartenders är vänliga och tillmötesgående.
Castaway är definitivt en hit, jag brukar inte gillar sherry, men den här är super bra. Med mjuk och krämig och inte för söt,
Vi beställde hummer som aptitretare. Egentligen kan detta vara en entree som ges delen! Det är jätte gott, älskar sin källa med svarta bönor.
Även om jag var köttälskare, försökte jag hela fiskens svans och ångrade inte lite! Det är enormt i portion och full i smak.

Vi fick inte skräpposten som alla raser på, förmodligen nästa gång!

Minus en stjärna är efterrätten faktiskt inte så imponerande, bakad alaska är bra i presentationen, men precis i genomsnitt i smak. Badrummet är också inte tillräckligt ren. .

Vi kommer att vara tillbaka nästa vecka kommer att prova fler saker som shortribs eller wagyu biff!

En mest fantastiska kombination av smaker i alla diskar. Vi tog serverns rekommendation att äta familjen stil med ett par små förrätter, 5 medelstora tallrikar och ett par förrätter. Den perfekta summan för 6 av oss (3 par). Toppade med att dela ett par öknar och en aperitif. En fantastisk kulinarisk upplevelse. Högt rekommenderad!

Vi var tvungna att få en reservation nästan en månad i förväg för denna plats, men det var en härlig upplevelse. Det är väl upplyst, väldigt avslappet och tjänar möjligen den bästa käken vi någonsin har haft utanför Hawaii.

Toaletterna är nere (de har en hiss) och är könsneutrala och stora. Dörröppningar är ganska breda, och medan det inte finns någon bänk eller andra användbara funktioner i varje toalett, är de definitivt tillräckligt stora för en rullstol / barnvagn + vårdgivare FYI.

Men här är mitt stora tips: Om restaurangen är full, be dem att visa dig vägen till deras andra bar, Louie Gen Gen Room (nere nära toaletterna). Jag har ingen aning om vad namnet menar, men de har en liknande meny och en mer livlig atmosfär. Det är en sådan pärla. Vi har upplevt både matsalen och Gen Gen-rummet och jag skulle gå tillbaka till Gen Gen-rummet varje dag. Stora vinlista och mycket bra poke (mina två middagsprioriteter!).

Efter att ha flugit in från NY, var jag angelägen om något gott och friskt, hittade denna plats på TA och ville kolla in det. Upretensiös, välkomnande, maten var bang och cocktails tvättar perfekt. Detta är ett bra ställe.

Denna plats var fantastisk. Maten var fantastisk och för portion storlek relativt rimligt prissatta. Vi var i San Francisco för vår smekmånad och letade efter en plats att äta i Chinatown. Det började regna och vi hittade denna plats som det var mindre än en mil bort.
Glad att vi inte lyssnade på servitrisen som vi skulle ha haft vägen för mycket mat. Vänta var 1 timme 45 minuter men det var en omslag runt henne där mecenater kunde äta och vi hade rätt i.
Gentleman bredvid oss hade beställt nötkött revbenen som såg fantastiskt ut och som det fanns tillräckligt för tre och han kunde inte avsluta erbjöd han oss var och en medan vi väntade på våra drycker. De smakade ännu bättre än de såg ut. Vi beställde bläckfisk, kammusslor och stekt ris som var gott för min fru och jag och varje hade en drink med totala fakturan är mindre än $ 100. Allt var fantastiskt och vänta på maten var rimlig. Skulle definitivt gå tillbaka. Endast råd är förrätter förmodligen tjäna två och aptitretare är små / måttlig storlek entree för en person.
