Ordered the Lazi Chicken, a spicy dish, battered fried chicken pieces.  It was delicious but too much batter like eating thick potato chips and rather have it lightly battered, so that's why the 3 stars.  Had similar before elsewhere so the batter was a bit much.

The spicy strawberry and coconut milk drink was phenomenal and never had before so definitely a 5 star as it wasn't spicy at all.  The strawberry crunch soft serve was delicious 😋, too.

- Too dry and heavy on the breading for me. Could use more sauce.
- Not actually spicy; more of a flavor thing.

Cucumber Side
- Recommended! Mixed with chopped celery and some soy sauce-like (?) dressing.

Malted Milk Sundae
- Delicious mix of chocolate and nutty topping over a banana-flavored soft serve.

The service wasn’t great for dine-in at a quiet time. Had to go up to the counter a couple times to get forgotten items.

Plan on going back to try their non-sandwich entrees and for some more soft serve as it’s clear they have a lot of potential.

Very cute interior design and friendly service.

Food tastes good but from a Chinese person’s perspective it’s *nothing* close to authentic Chinese food.
More like a modern fusion of American Chinese food (main dishes are sweet and sour chicken
/tofu, beef/mushroom and broccoli, and other generic American Chinese dishes).
Has a very small menu.
Egg rolls are delicious.

The past few times I’ve ordered takeout from Mamahuhu the portion sizes have been decreasingly smaller. For an $18 entree I’d expect much more. Food tastes good but becoming way overpriced for portions.

Long lines. You order your food then look for a table. Seating is maybe 25. Booth style seating. Hamburger with no sides is $16. It's unusual but tastes good. Beverages are different. Ice cream is excellent.  That's worth buying. Other items are okay. Nothing spectacular. Almond cookies are soft. It looks like a Chinese almond cookie but tastes like an American almond cookie. I would not buy it nor do I recommended them. The egg roll isn't worth buying. I've tasted ones much better. It taste like the ones they serve at buffets. The egg rolls did not meet my expectations.

Jag älskade den här maten så mycket att jag åt på Mamahuhu's två gånger när jag var i SF. Sötsur kyckling är jättegott! Nötkött & broc var välsmakande också. Den knapriga kålsalladen & gurkorna var goda även om jag trodde att cukesen skulle vara kryddigare. Maled sundae var mums mums mums! Och jag älskade den jasmin bubbliga tedrycken. Menyn är ganska begränsad och det finns inte mycket sittplatser. Även portionsstorlekar är inte generösa. Men så gott!
