My wife and I love this resort
Top notch spa with every amenity you could want or need, beautifully appointed.
Rooms are elegant and comfortable with beautiful design features in every detail.
Located along the East shore of Cayuga Lake with paddle boards and kayaks available seasonally. A well marked walking trail through the surrounding meadows and forest is a perfect retreat from busy lives to just enjoy nature as it has existed here for centuries.

Just spent two nights at the lovely Inns of Aurora and could not have been more pleased with our experience. Mollie helped plan an incredible weekend to celebrate my 40th birthday. She was provided amazing recommendations and led a wonderful coffee and chocolate tasting. While we didn't get to dine at the restaurant as it was closed for recommendations, Lou was so helpful in working to prepare a special menu and evening for our group. Ultimately we decided to dine off property, but Lou was willing to do anything to make our weekend special. Thank you Diana, Mollie and Lou for the most spectacular weekend. I look forward to returning during the warmer summer months.

Clean, cozy, and quiet! This was our 2nd visit in the off season (December), previous came in March and had similar experience. We love the small village and the accommodations. The Inn Keeper model changed but the service provided had not, Mary Anne, was extremely helpful and warm, and provided a beyond excellent experience. We love the spa, the rooms, and overall property. We ate at the Fargo and also had great service and food there! We’re looking forward to another great stay soon!

Dan was amazing! He and his colleagues accommodated our every want from milk to tea to marshmallows.

The night we arrived we asked for a complimentary upgrade for my birthday. We were told by Carolyn that would not be possible as the whole place was full. We stayed at the Walcourt house (one of many lodges) and there was quite literally not a soul there other than us. If she had been honest and said it was possible for an additional fee I would have been understanding of course but I don’t appreciate being blatantly lied to. We did not even get a lake view room. We were the only people who stayed over that first night.

Jessica, the art instructor was incredible and we had a great experience in the art class! Some other activities we were interested in ended up being canceled.

The spa is absolutely second to nothing. The points from my review come from the lie about the upgrade. The other staff were absolutely wonderful and kind. The walcourt inn itself was so beautiful and with a lovely fireplace, clean and beautiful rooms.

We had our wedding at the Inns of Aurora, and it was an incredible experience, especially considering the hurricane that struck just days before. A tree fell in front of the inn the night of our rehearsal dinner, but the staff handled everything with amazing efficiency, ensuring the venue looked flawless for the whole weekend.

Their attention to detail and care for us was outstanding. The venue itself is spectacular, with incredible food and drinks, and lovely rooms. Having vacationed at the Inns of Aurora for years, we’ve always felt like the most important guests, and this time was no exception.
