I recently had the pleasure of dining at Le Cirque, and it was an unforgettable experience. From start to finish, everything was exceptional.

The tasting menu was a true culinary journey—each dish was beautifully presented and packed with incredible flavors. Every item was thoughtfully crafted, making it hard to pick a favorite.

The service was top-notch, with an attentive and knowledgeable staff that made the evening even more enjoyable. A special touch that truly stood out was their thoughtful gesture for my birthday. They surprised me with a handwritten birthday card and an extra dessert, which made the celebration feel even more special.

Phenomenal Service and Food!

We celebrated our 1st anniversary dinner at Le Cique. We got an amazing seat to dine overlooking the fountains.

This is a great team! Martin mainly was our server and he was amazing. But, everyone from Chris who greeted us at the door to Tim, Jesus, Jardin etc. all were super attentive throughout the dinner. They also gave us 3 different very cute chocolate boxes and an anniversary dessert and packed it for us. Bellagio has a top shelf in the room refrigerator where we saved all thr chocolates and enjoyed it during the rest of our trip.

Must visit for excellent food and world class service.

I just realized that I never left a review for the delicious Alba White Truffle dinner that we had on Thanksgiving. My wife and I have been eating at Le Cirque since they opened and we've never been disappointed with a meal or service! The food and service is second to none. Our waiter Martin, Fredrick the Sommelier, are the best!! Gene, the bartender who we've known for awhile is excellent. We've also got to meet and talk to Sirio a couple of times, and years ago, we ate at Le Cirque in New York when it was still open.

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at Le Cirque, and it was an amazing experience as always. From the minute you enter the restaurant, you're treated really special. The interior of the restaurant is beautiful and romantic! We were fortunate to have a window table with a view of the Bellagio Fountains.  Martin and Fredrick, who we've met in the past, are outstanding! Christopher and the entire staff are excellent as well.
I also can't  forget Gene, who is probably the best bartender in Vegas.
We were able to order Alba White Truffles over risotto which was delicious. If you've never eaten Alba White Truffles, you should try them and you won't be disappointed. They're only available a couple of months through sometime in December, I think. We also had a delicious beet salad, Brittany Loup De Mer, and some really good desserts,
I highly recommend Le Cirque for a special occasion or anytime you want a great fine dining experience.

This was such a special experience. Each course had a surprise - whether it be a flavor, a presentation or the sweet parting gift we received. All of our waitstaff was so professional and knowledgeable but personable and lively. The room is so fun, and even from our corner booth we had a view of the fountains. The rainbow beet root was incredible, and I normally dislike beets. The truffle risotto was the best risotto I’ve ever had. The Brittany Loup de Mer was light but crispy and flavorful. And our chocolate ball was such a fun surprise. It was worth the splurge for us. We opened the restaurant as we dined here before Adele, and it was the perfect way to kick off an unforgettable night.

Very high expectations for just an OK French restaurant. Decor is amazing and service is very good. The menu is a hit or miss - beet salad, risotto and foie gras were excellent. See bass was dry. The soufflé tastes like a scrambled egg with a ice cream. There are better options at the Bellagio!
