Truly phenomenal! The food was great and the service was speedy and accommodating. I came here for dinner and left satisfied and will definitely be back. I was especially impressed with the broccoli, cucumber salad, and char siu pork. I’ll be back to try the chow fun, desserts, and duck!

Update - while I cannot write a second review, I want to shoutout the staff at Tiger Fork for going above and beyond each time we visit. Jake and his team go out of their way to ensure each meal is more special than the last.

Definitely plan to share plates if you come here. We got one “vegetable,” stir fried cauliflower, an appetizer, mah Leung, and two entrees, veggie fried rice and char siu, and split most of it. The favorite was definitely the cauliflower, and the tofu in the fried rice was perfectly chewy. Plates came out quick so consider ordering them once or twice at a time or your table will get super full! Their cocktails were tasty, although not very strong. Altogether, I recommend!

I’ve been several times to Tiger Fork and I absolutely always leave happy with the food. I highly recommend tiger fork for a date night or a small group gathering. The vibe is just right. Definitely make a reservation.

One of the few restaurants that I actually revisit again and again. As an Asian myself, their chili wonton, combo fried rice, crispy pork belly, and the duck are always so tasty and flavorful.(And the Chinese S'more dessert!!!!) Also love their unique cocktails that have hints of Chinese traditional medicine smell. Don't know why their review ent down a bit recently. Highly recommend this place!

Dinner was good.  We had the restaurant week fixed piece menu and shared between 4 of us.  Portions were surprisingly small for four people.  Food was good.  Loved the ambience.  Dessert was a sesame flan which was strange and not in a good way.

Detta kan ha varit ett bra ställe en gång, men IT är inte längre. Jag är förvånad över så många höga betyg, men jag tror att restaurangen förmodligen såldes till nya ägare eller i ny regi och IT är NO längre den stora plats som IT en gång var. Servitrispersonalen verkade inte glad att vara där. De waitress berättade att det var familjestil och att beställa minst 3 rätter. Det gjorde vi och huvudrätten kom ut före förrätten, sedan sidan och sedan förrätten kom ut sist. Det spelade ingen roll, allt smakade fruktansvärt. Vi åt knappt någonting och spenderade 85 dollar, sen gick vi till McDonalds och åt en bättre måltid. Köpare Akta dig, slösa inte din tid eller pengar på att gå hit.

Rekommenderar starkt Victoria Harbour för andra ingefära och gurkmeja älskare. Maten var utsökt, men inte värt priset. Vi beställde wontons, beef chow fun, krispig fläskmage och gröna bönor. Maten var vällagad och portionerad, men jag förväntade mig bättre smak för prispunkten (med undantag för de gröna bönorna, som var otroligt! ). Sammantaget skulle jag rekommendera Tiger Fork, särskilt för grupper, med förbehållet att restaurangen kunde göra mer för priset.

Underbar upplevelse. Bra service och alla rekommendationer från servitören var rätt på märket. Fläskbuk wraps var krispiga och enastående. Peruansk kock i ett kinesiskt kök och Nathans Lane drinkar var båda fantastiska. Platsen är utanför den upptrampade stigen ner en gränd utan någon särskild skyltning men värt jakten. Vilken skatt att hitta.

På det positiva är denna restaurang bedårande. Det ligger utanför en liten gränd och har begränsad skyltar. Det är som att hitta en skatt. Inredningen på insidan är söt och det verkar vara en vanlig publik som sitter runt baren och pratar. Älskade det.

Jag gillade Tiger Fork, men jag är inte säker på att den levde upp till den hype jag hade hört. Min favoriträtter var nötkött Chow Fun och stekt ris med räkor och brisket. Marknadsfisken var också bra. Var inte super imponerad av Chili Wontons Humble Plate. Åtnjöt Soto Junmai Daiginjo skull delad av bordet.

Vi hade inte en reservation, men hade en enkel tid att få en promenad-tabell för 3 klockan 17:30 på en fredag.

Denna översyn är att uttrycka min tacksamhet och beröm för din evenemangschef Sarah Palenik och all personal. Jag värd min pojkvän 40-årsdag på Tigerfork på lördag 5/4 / 2019, och det var felfri. Som någon som värd många evenemang för vänner, fundraisers och DC-volontärgrupper kan jag vara en handfull att arbeta med. Min typ - En personlighet kan göra mig lite av ett kontrollfreak. Sarah och all personal som jag interagerade med på Tigerfork och Calico (GM av Calico som hanterade kakan lagrade) var på toppen av allt. Inte bara var de effektiva och på - men alla var så nöjda att arbeta med. Vi hade två olika servrar för vår parti på 9 och de var så professionella, lättgående och såg till att allt kom ut i tid. GM var alltid nära till hands när vi behövde någonting. Alla krafter kombinerade gör det till den perfekta upplevelsen. Du får inte den här tjänsten och upplever precis någonstans - det är väldigt svårt att komma i dessa dagar. Dessa människor alla förtjänar en bonus av något slag för att vara rent häftigt på sina jobb.

Är från Hong Kong, är denna plats definitivt inriktad på västerlänningar så förvänta dig inte maten vara äkta. Men de gör en bra vridning på traditionella föremål. Inredningen är hip och det finns en bra atmosfär.

De stekta ostrona smaka bra men texturvisa de hade en smet som var för tjock; De skulle bli bättre med att använda Tempura för det. Äggtartet hade inte ett smidigt centrum (det ska vara wobbly och slät) och toppen puffed upp vilket är det största misstaget för äggtårtor om du någonsin haft dem någon annanstans tidigare.
